My son has attended Cadence Academy for almost 2 months now. Our experience thus far has been wonderful. Ms. Deborah and Ms. Retha have been amazing with getting my son acclimated as this is his first time going to preschool. At first he would cry when I would leave due to separation anxiety. However, now he smiles and waves bye to me when I leave. I love that they actually teach the kids throughout the day and plan fun activities for them from week to week.
The office staff have been amazing as well. Ms. Rachel, Director, has been very accommodating to my son and me. I also want to mention that the preschool, as a whole, emanates a positive vibe which is very welcoming. I am very happy that I made the decision to send my son to this preschool.

Parents, PLEASE READ if you care about the well-being of your child. I took my child out of this school and enrolled elsewhere. Within 1-2 weeks, the diaper rashes cleared up completely. This center lacks professionalism, proper care for the children, and overall competence. One day, I arrived to pick my child up and found my baby lying on the ground in the fetal position with a temperature of 102.4°F—yet no one had contacted me. My child never returned after that. Save yourself the stress and choose a place where the staff are both caring and professional enough to do their jobs. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We have been at Cadence for over 2 years and both of our kiddos have attended and love it there! As parents we have been pleased with our experience and can definitely say we trust the teachers and staff!

Certain teachers shouldn’t be allowed to teach or work with children if their heart isn’t in it. My child is now traumatized to the point he didn’t want to go to school anymore and started wetting the bed despite being completely potty trained. I pulled him out.
Edit: (Responding to Cadence)I am unable to reply directly to your message not sure why. I have reached out to your school directly in regard to this issue. Please check your email; I also spoke with someone at the facility. I use this account for reviews so my account doesn’t get flooded with spam or mixed in with important content/emails.

My son loves it here! October will be 2 years since he started attending. I've seen the growth in him since he started attending-from numbers to letters to colors to songs. He is getting exceptional care from his teachers. They understand that each child is an individual with individual needs, and I really appreciate that. I also love that they provide daily reports of what learning activities were covered in class so that parents can reinforce at home.
