Caine Halter Family YMCA

Very nice facility. There are a couple of basketball courts - one can be divided for other activities. There is a large workout room with free weights, various weight machines, several elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and a ton of treadmills. There is a smaller family workout room. There is a small rec room with a pool table. They have a heated indoor pool - I think they said it's set at 85 degrees - too hot for me. There are separate locker rooms with bathrooms, showers, and sauna. They also have an outdoor track. The Y also offers a bunch of classes including yoga, spin, cardio, etc.

In my opinion the two young swim instructors aren't very attentive. My child goes here for swimming lessons. Today is day two and i don't feel confident about my child taking swimming lessons here. Im don't think i want him to return.

Caine Halter is my "home" location. The staff is friendly, the classes are great and the facility has an excellent work out area with free weights, machines and cardio equipment! Folks at the front desk, including Cherish and Craig, are always welcoming and helpful!

Staff was super friendly, facilities very clean. Plenty of equipment. Some equipment head monitors on it where you could play games. Others had monitors that you could use with different scenes to choose from that would give you an experience of walking or driving. I thought that to be a very good way, keep your interest and extend your workout.
