Camp Bow Wow Concord, NC

Stopped in to take a tour of the facility as my partner and I are looking for a daycare. We were met by Ben who couldn’t have looked less enthusiastic to be there. We walked into the back area and were his with an extreme urine smell. Obviously, a dog daycare of any sort will have a smell, but this was beyond normal. While viewing the kennels, I went to take a photo to be able to refer to there size later. Ben quickly snapped me told me not to take photos. 🚩Mind you, no pets were viewable in the photo due to the dungeon look of these kennels if that was his concern. Overall, the facility gives the feel of an animal shelter. Do not be fooled by the cute front office. I will be finding a daycare with staff that have better attitudes and a cleaner facility.

Camp Bow Wow Concord has always done an excellent job taking care of our fur baby Wicket! The attentiveness, love and support provided by all team members is truly appreciated. When traveling to visit family or on vacations the sense of security and piece of mind they provide us that Wicket is being well cared for is priceless. Thank you Camp Bow Wow team. Bailey loves Camp Bow Wow. She will start whining as soon as we pull into the parking lot. She always comes home exhausted after playing hard all day. We had to board her over the holidays and it brought great peace of mind being able to see her playing on the camera each day. The staff always communicates with us well and are all so friendly. Cannot recommend them highly enough

My dog Milo has been a few times now for daycare and we are quite pleased with the service and attention he receives. He comes home totally exhausted and sleeps amazing that night! I love that I can check on him through the day as well since they have cameras in the facility. The camp bow wow app is great because it allows me to book online easily. My dogs love Camp Bow Wow! We have used all the services they provide. We are happy each time and the dogs are always excited to go back. I have boarded them for a week, utilize the day care often and I take advantage of the grooming occasionally. Staff is amazing! Dog screening provides a safe environment for my dogs. And I can check the cameras during the day and watch them interact. You can feel comfortable with making the decision to use this facility.
