Camp Bow Wow Reno South

I've been bringing my 16 y/o huskies-dogs here for the last three years. This has been a fantastic place to come for daycare and overnight boarding. My dogs are very senior and they take very good care of them. Even when one of my huskies passed away recently, they were so kind and considerate. 🐶❤️❤️❤️🐶 I always recommend this place for my dog parent friends in south Reno. Overall review:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is extremely easy to schedule a time for daycare or boarding. You can call online or the app. I've never had an issue trying to get a booking when calling ahead. The stay is extremely kind and nice when I check in/out. My dogs had never had an emergency or issue while they were there. Experiences:❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ They have these cute little photo/treat sessions with all the holidays. They're great to have that some other dog daycares do, but are 2X-3X the price. I love bringing my dog in just for these. Pricing: 👌 I think they're in the middle of the road cost compared to other places I take my dogs too. I think it's a pretty standard fee. However, knowing my dogs are taken care of is a great peace of mind. Facility:🧼 It's always clean when I bring my dog in, other places we have been too are not this clean. They have cameras so you can use the app to check in on your dog. There is easy parking. This is by far the closest and best place for me living in South Reno - Damonte Ranch area for dog boarding and daycare!

Our new little rescue dog Chico is an “only dog,” so needed some socialization. After first having staff assess him, he’s spent time in both inside and outside play yards with a wide variety of dog sizes and breeds, always supervised, and we can spy on him via Camper Cams. He’s had one “Sniff and Seek” private session for some one-on-one time and likely enjoyed the attention and treats, and probably the break in the action. Only concern, for a little dog who’s mostly a couch potato or in and out of his own backyard, seems the dogs at CBW are in CONSTANT motion for hours - Chico’s been there 3-4 hours, not even a full 1/2 day (5 hours), and he’d really be worn out after a full day. Is there ever “rest time” or a quiet place to relax if dogs choose? He certainly sleeps well after Camp days! Overall, we like having Chico visit occasionally, and the staff are very nice and kind to the dogs, but a bit outnumbered.

We are so thankful to Reno South Camp Bow Wow for always taking such good care of our pups!! We wouldn't trust their care to anyone else! The staff are very engaged in giving them very creative and fun activities to enjoy! I know the staff are caring and always have the best interest of the dogs in mind! So I have a huge peace of mind leaving them in good hands!

Both my dogs love Camp Bow Wow South Reno. All the staff are very sweet and great with the dogs. Just brought my new puppy for his evaluation, was worried about my other dog being protective of the puppy. They were great about introducing my dogs with the other dogs and easing my nerves! They had a great day of play and were tired when they got home. Definitely trust them with my pups :)

The best boarding and day camp for fur babies in Reno! I have two Yorkshire terriers who love going to Camp Bow Wow. They love the staff who know them and love them, despite that they are devious when they are being put in their apartment for the night. I love watching them on video, playing with other pups. The staff take pictures of them during enrichment sessions and send them to me. I know they are safe and well taken care of when I have to go out of town.
