Two of our boys went through CCP and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff & teachers were fantastic with smiles always on their faces! Our boys were over prepared for Kindergarten and were advanced going in. Would recommend them for daycare to VPK!

If you have a well behaved child, it’s a great school. If your child has a unique personality, a lot of energy, not immediately compliant, I would not put them in the school. My son is super smart, but a boy with a lot of energy.
The lead VPK teacher, Claudia is very old-school and prefers punishment over redirection or discipline. She made my four year old write sentences over and over as a punishment for a completely unrelated behavior, such as saying the word “diaper” too many times. After VPK in elementary school, he hated writing because it was used as punishment and had a negative connotation. When the Director repeatedly asked Claudia to not use this punishment, she would stop for a week and then she would resume. The director did nothing.
He was also forced to sit out during outside time for behavior earlier in the day, which is not age-appropriate four. The director also did not agree with this, but Claudia did not listen to her. Lastly, if he was not getting along with other children during centers time, instead of helping/teaching him and redirecting, he was immediately separated and isolated. I was told many times how he would not succeed an elementary school, we are doing amazing at Oasis North with much more qualified and caring teachers.
They spent every day in VPK doing worksheet after worksheet, which is very boring for a four year old and not what other vpks are doing. They told us this is what they would be doing in kindergarten. This however, is not the case. I also feel like my son left VPK very unprepared for kindergarten.
If anyone has any questions about the school, feel free to message me. It’s a shame they don’t have higher standards for their teachers, or a Director with a backbone. We were on the waitlist for years to get in, and it was a big disappointment.

My son has been attending Cape Christian Preschool since he was 2 years old. He was diagnosed with Autism at 1 and I was worried about placing him in a school setting at such a young age but it has been the BEST decision I have ever made for him. The teachers and staff really went above and beyond to get him acclimated to being in a social setting and while he had behaviors in the beginning, EVERYONE was super patient and helpful.
He truly has thrived at CCP! Since he has started, he began speaking, plays well with other kids, reads and writes his name, knows his colors and shapes, counts to 50, waits patiently in line, LOVES to be read to.... the list goes on and on.
The communication is outstanding and the teachers even post daily "feeds" on our private class pages of how my son is doing throughout each day. We get pictures, videos, reminders, etc.
There is a reason CCP has a huge waitlist and it is because it is WORTH THE WAIT! I honestly feel like God gave my family a gift with allowing my son to grow here for the last 3 years.
EVERYONE is amazing but I want to give a very big special thank you to the program directors, Ms. Melissa and Ms. Gabby, my son's many teachers, Ms. Makenna, Ms. Claudia, Ms. Melanie, Ms. Alyvia, Ms. Betsy, Ms. Adriana, Ms. Gracie, Ms. Alexis, and Ms. V., the front desk ladies, Ms. Lynne, Ms. Makenna, Ms. Krystyne. I know for sure I am missing others as soooo many Cape Christian Preschool staff have been so instrumental in my son's life. THANK YOU!!
I highly recommend CCP! Best place ever!!!!!!!
