Cary Heights KinderCare

This is our second week, I must say I am super happy with Cary Heights Kindercare. My 3 yr old son had never attended a daycare center, and I was super worried about his transition, luckily the staff and teachers made the transition smooth. Yes we had a few tears, but they helped him right through it! The atmosphere is always so warm and inviting. My sons teachers are both great and awesome communicators, and the front staff has been amazing!

This daycare is ran extremely poorly -Classrooms are constantly out of ratio. When dropping my kids off in the morning the teachers would be scrambling trying to figure out how to manage all the kids. The teachers look so stressed out all the time which greatly affects the kids. Directors & other employees constantly having to step in and fill teacher rolls. Classrooms always getting split up. -My daughter was sent home with poop on her pants but a dry diaper. -They throw the kids outside after 4pm so they're exhausted and just waiting by the gates desperately waiting to be picked up. -Teachers had so many students that kids would fall and them not notice. -My daughter was given milk several times despite having communicated milk intolerance that breaks her out into hives and causes meltdowns. -My daughter was constantly sick because they don't disinfect anything. -Teachers are poorly kept. Kids need to see better habits by their role models. -High staff turnover -Babies are roughly picked up by their arms of of cribs.

We have loved being at Cary Heights Kindercare. We have been at this location since 2014. My youngest is two years old attending full time, with the older two attending the school age summer program. It's a great feeling when getting out of the car, and all 3 take off running to enjoy their day. We love all our teachers, and my son is learning so much! All the way to school, he talks about his teachers by name, telling me how much he loves them and his friends. I never worry about him during the day, and the staff has always been great to work with (especially Shae who has been a solid constant and is a great example of leadership) , making sure to take care of us and anything we need. Thanks everyone!

Love the staff and the environment I never feel uncomfortable or worried because I know my child is in great hands would definitely recommend to other parents who are looking for a place for their child and my son has learned a lot since he has started very beneficial for him definitely a great place

I have searched ( for what felt like forever ) for a great Daycare, with nice people who care about your kids and it shows. They do lots of fun , cool activities all the time with the kids. The Director ( Shae) , Assistant Director ( Kari) and my sons teacher ( Ms. Mya) have been so amazing since we got there and never lacking on communication.
