We truly think this place rocks!! Our granddaughter has been here over 6 months and she loves it too. She has learned SO much, it's amazing. They really care about the kiddos, and it shows. Highly recommend..

We have had our two children at this daycare since birth. This is one of the best family-owned daycares in Knoxville! The owners, staff, and teachers take great care of the kids. My children genuinely look forward to going to school. The teachers here are fantastic!

We have been very pleased with our experience! My 3.5 year old has attended for about 8 months, and has flourished since starting here. Within a couple months, he had basically potty trained himself, learned most of his colors and shapes, and was surprising us daily with his knowledge. He now sings his ABC’s, counts very well, and is recognizing some of his written numbers and letters. We had a few incidents with another child right in the beginning, and they quickly went into action and removed the other child from my son’s classroom. Our youngest started at 12 weeks, and we’ve been very happy with her care as well! She is always fed, clean, and fresh diaper upon pickup. They’re knowledgeable about the handling of breast milk, and have been very accommodating! Whether an infant or toddler, the teachers know every child's name and build positive relationships with every child. We are greeted with a “Good Morning” from Stacy every morning, and my oldest just adores her. We’ve been very happy with his teachers, specifically Kristen & Sydney. However, they’ve all been fantastic so far! The only negative is that I do wish they had cameras, but I’ve been pleased with their daily reports and incident reports so far. So far, this has been a very pleasant first experience with traditional daycare/play school.

Leaving your babies is never easy. We always want them close and make sure they get the most love possible. When my 6yr old was in daycare (which was a daycare on the opposite side of town) it was always hard to walk away from him cause he always cried and my heart would just break. Here at Cedar Bluff Play School the feeling is much different. Each time I walk my 9 month old daughter into her class she is full of smiles and always so eager to join her friends and always reaching for her teacher as I hand her to them. Many days when I pick her up she may be excited to see me, but she doesn't want to leave her toys she is playing with and sometimes doesn't want to leave the arms of the teacher who is holding her. This makes me feel so good to know my daughter is well loved and looked after. The staff is so good to keep me informed of her day and how she does eating and trying new foods. I not only see this with my daughter, but every baby in her class gets equal love and attention. Last fall Cedar Bluff Play school went through some changes and now have new owners. I don't do well with change cause you never know what to expect. However, their new owners (who was currently a staff member) are amazing and did a great job making the transition very easy for the staff as well as the parents. They are very involved in the care of our children. Every staff member always greets us with a smile and I would definitely recommend you to check them out and allow them to love your little ones.

My daughter started going to CBPS when she was 2 years old. We chose them because it felt more like a home environment instead of an institution. The playground is amazing! It is not only spacious but has a ton of grass, not cement! For the past two years we have been very happy with the staff. They are very loving and caring towards my daughter. They are also very attentive and responsive to any concern that I may have. My daughter has grown into a vey confident, talkative, and sweet young lady under the care and environment of CBPS. I have every confidence that she will be prepared for Kindergarten when she transitions soon. I know she will miss this place!
