My child has been going to Central Valley Child Care since February of this year and it has been the best place ever for my daughter. After a terrible experience with her previous school I was just overall worried putting her in another school, but from the day we toured the school to now we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. My child has just been improving in all areas since she’s been in the care of Central Valley! I used to be so anxious and stressed throughout my work day when my child attended her old school, but here I am worry free! The teachers are great & the director is great. I really appreciate all that they do for my child and all the kids there. Just a welcoming and warming environment there! Great center with great staff! ❤️

When it came time to look for preschool for my daughter Central Valley child care came highly recommended. I knew I had to check them out. From the moment we toured we have felt at home. The staff is awesome and the center has a warm atmosphere. My daughter loves all of her teachers and friends and I feel so comfortable dropping her off each day. Leaving your child to go work full time is never easy, but at Ccvc I know that my child is learning, practicing social skills, getting out and playing, and being fed nutritious food. They have helped shape her into a bright young learner and I'm forever grateful! I highly recommend Central Valley child care if you are looking for a preschool!

My child has attended Central Valley for 5 years! We have nothing but positive remarks to say about the care received throughout the years. The director and staff have always made us feel welcome and ensure that our needs are met. The facility is clean and tidy with rotating themes related to preschool curriculum. There are supplemental projects and activities that keep the children engaged. I will continue to recommend this school as they have truly made a difference in our lives! Most recently they quickly adapted and provided kindergarten to a small group of children including my daughter. This was the best thing that could of happened for us. My daughter is able to interact and attend school because of the precautions and policies that CVCC have implemented and followed. This school year my child has increased confidence in her school work due to the diligence and kindness of the staff members!

I don’t recommend Molly Atwood the owner; she terminated childcare for my son out of the blue. Her and her staff are on totally different pages. I really wished I read the reviews about her and how she terminated ours parents childcare out of the blue (I guess that’s her thing). Please do your research! Ask around. If your child (3 years old) is perfect….always follows direction, takes naps or sits in one spot for 30 minutes, never gets angry/upset, keeps their hands to themselves this is the school for you…..if you’re child is not perfect like mines find you another school. I’m definitely reporting them. My son loved his lead teacher and she was soooo awesome and she even said my son was great! She was willing to work with my son. And she is with him 100% of the time but that director and the supervisor gave up on my son and it’s very unfortunate. The director even told me 3 year olds don’t act like my son (which is African American). There is a big miscommunication between her and her staff (the lead teacher should be her boss). Don’t waste your time!

I stumbled across this treasure of a business amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. I was hesitant to consult them for fear of overbearing policies and prioritizing political enforced standards over quality care and wellbeing of the children in their care; because of similar experience elsewhere. During our tour however I was in tears of gratitude. It was very clear that the center prioritized children’s holistic safety and well-being. I witnessed Molly work diligently to integrate often changing guidelines from DoH in a way that reduces the impacts on our kids to the best of her ability. She understands that unexpected change can be harmful to developing minds, and has done a phenomenal job of maintaining a difficult balance to ensure proper precautions are taken while maintaining familiarity and routine for the kids. As a result of school closures last year and implementation of remote learning this year, Molly made a unique and generous choice to support parents and kids. She networked within our community to setup a kindergarten supported environment for those kids/parents that would otherwise be struggling to navigate remote kindergarten. I have never heard of a daycare center shifting so rapidly to offer kinder support without major increase in costs, but this was done at CVCC without hesitation. Prior to our enrollment at CVCC, I removed my daughter from kindergarten because it felt traumatic and counterproductive for our family and her learning style. Molly was more than accommodating for us by letting my girl participate with the kinders during her time at daycare and she would shift to be a helper with the preschoolers during curriculum time. When I consulted her about the consideration of re-enrolling her back into kinder with the district, she supported and assisted us with every step. My daughter “started kinder” late, but in the 5ish months she has participated in the kinder group she had flourished with her reading, writing and emotional development. I am blown away at the transformation I’ve seen in my girl! She has a very intimate relationship with her teacher and the rest of the staff. as a mom of traumatized children, it has been a godsend. My 2 younger kids previously refused care at the locations we tried and I was terrified to have the same experience again. I have not arrived to CVCC once to a sad or unhappy kid. They love school and enjoy every minute there. I believe each staff is hand chosen, not hired to fill space. They are passionate about each child they care for. They offer individual support based on each child’s needs. They have gone above and beyond in general but specifically regarding COVID-19. They are not overcrowded and the ratios are far more comfortable to me than other experiences in the past. Molly and CVCC have contributed in a major way to my family’s forward movement and I am proud to recommend them to anyone in search of excellent care for their child.
