Our sons were at Chapman for almost 8 years. They absolutely loved it! The staff were all amazing and took care of the kids like they were their own. If I had an issue it was dealt with immediately. I would suggest Chapman to anyone who is looking for a great place for your kiddos.

I enrolled my children in this daycare at the beginning of April. They are four, two, and one years old. It was particularly tough for my one-year-old, who had never been away from me before, and she would cry every morning. Thankfully, her teacher managed to calm her down, and I am grateful for the infant center at this location. In such a short time, my one-year-old even learned a few things. However, my two and four-year-olds also disliked being dropped off. On the first day, the teacher informed me that my two-year-old had used inappropriate language. I spoke to my child about not using such words and took them back to school the next day. At the end of the month, my state voucher expired. I was willing to pay full price for up to two weeks ($620 a wk.) until my voucher was reinstated, but instead, the daycare expelled my children and gave their spots away without informing me, citing the voucher issue as the reason. They didn’t discuss payment options with me or anything. After further questioning and speaking to the owner and director, I discovered it was due to behavioral issues. Despite being there for four weeks, this was only the second time the daycare mentioned any behavior problems. My children were adjusting to many life changes and were acting out. I believe if the daycare and I had worked together, we could have addressed the behavior issues both at home and in the center. It seemed like they didn’t care about my children, evident from the fact that even after four weeks, they hadn’t learned their names correctly. My oldest child even started saying her name differently because of how the teacher pronounced it, despite me repeatedly correcting them at drop off and pick up. The daycare lacked compassion and understanding. This experience has left me deeply saddened and disheartened.

If you're looking for a sign, let this be it - DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE. It only took 9 hours of care for our infant to be completed neglected. Not fed, or given naps appropriately, and a diaper rash that turned to blisters in one single day. You are not expected to sign your children in or out of their care, and doors remain unlocked at all times. No proper storage and handling of formula or breastmilk, the list truly goes on. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place altogether!

Most dependable amazing daycare. I was so worried putting my kids in daycare but they treat them like they would there kids. I find the bad reviews a disgrace and false. I have never once had a problem and my kids love it. My 2 year old boy cries everytome I leave him even with his daddy but he doesn't anymore here because the women love on him so much.

My children have attended this daycare for 6 years without a single issue, nor have I ever witnessed any issues. I can say all kinds of great things about them, but the bottom line is that my kids are loved by the people that work there. Both of my little girls are treated like family there. They are family to me there because they are their for my little girls while I am at work. I have peace of mind that the employees have their best interests in mind. My kids even hate being picked up early lol. I am truly thankful for Chapman learning center every day!
