Charles Towne Child Development Center

My daughters have learned so much academically and socially at Charles Towne Child Development Center. They are so prepared for kindergarten and have become more independent. The curriculum is well organized and very interesting subject areas. The teacher's prepare great out of school activities and give the children great opportunities to experience the arts, outdoors and other fun activities. As a parent, I am so well informed about all the activities, what they are covering each week and what I need to be helping with at home through emails and newsletters. Charles Towne Child Development Center is an excellent preschool.

My wife and I have one child currently at Charles Towne CDC with another eligible in about 18 months. We also have several friends who are parents of either current or past attendees. In short: we are thrilled with the job being done by the teachers at Charles Towne, and I use that word - "teachers" - intentionally. There is a real emphasis on learning and a structured curriculum for development. A tremendous balance exists in the school between education and fun, meaning kids enjoy attending and develop a pleasure for learning. The faculty are wonderful and the kids love all of them.

My family is so thankful for Charles Towne Child Development Center (CTCDC). I have 2 children who've attended the school and another one eligible to enroll next year. The director of the school is an excellent communicator and she is incredibly organized. The teachers are also wonderful, caring, and dependable. A lot of places are really just child care, but CTCDC is different. Here your child is cared for, but they’re also learning and growing in a safe and welcoming environment. I have a rising first-grader and his success in kindergarten is directly related to the excellent preparation from his CTCDC teachers. Their time and commitment to the children is immeasurable. I've referred many families to CTCDC because I have absolute trust in everything they do. From the special trips they take my kids on, to the special events they do with kids so that parents can have a night out, the staff really shows just how much they care. CTCDC is more than a preschool; it’s a community.

I could not be more pleased with our experience at Charles Towne Child Development Center. Our 15 month old loves her teachers and is always happy when we pick her up. The new owner, Kimmie, goes above and beyond to make sure parents are happy and all of the students are well taken care of! I would highly recommend this preschool!!
