Take this review seriously if you are invested in your infant/toddler’s wellbeing and unfamiliar with daycares. Chesterbrook is a nice place, aesthetically. In practice, however, this location is an anxiety machine. I’ve seen them feed children things they are documented to be allergic to, the majority of reports you get about your child are either gibberish or completely made up, they send you pictures of the wrong child, they allow children to just lay on floor screaming and crying for 10 or more minutes (and the younger ones are constantly crying here), your child will sit in a soiled diaper for hours, the staff don’t communicate so you will get no update whatsoever when you pick them up, my concerns go on and on. This is not what other daycares of similar cost do and it’s not normal. You don’t have to settle.

Where do I begin with the amount of positive things I have to say about CBA High Point! I used to sub at this location over two years ago, and I returned today to assist with an independent project. WHAT A CHANGE Ms. Jess and the whole administrative team have spearheaded in the past two years. Immediately upon entering the building, I was greeted with smiles and noticed every family is welcomed with the same energy and enthusiasm. I observed in every classroom and not once would I question the engagement and quality of educators in this building. They sing, they speak through transitions, they are on the floor helping children learn to move or how to use the classroom materials - when I tell you I am in awe of the learning happening, I cannot even put into words how much I enjoyed my time with each class. As both a parent and employee, it is heartwarming to see a center that is truly invested in the children's experience and educators that are all loving and warm, to all children. Huge shoutout to CBA High Point, and all you continue to do to provide a safe, nurturing and academic environment, where it is evident the students are having fun - all while learning! Such an amazing visit - truly making me strive to make my center as fluid as this!

This is the first and only negative review I’ve ever written about a business. The lack of accountability at this facility was truly disappointing. My girlfriend and I toured this center, along with others, before deciding to enroll our infant daughter. During the tour, the principal, Jessica, assured us that shoes were strictly prohibited in the infant rooms. We appreciated that they followed this policy and factored it into our decision to enroll our daughter. However, on the first day of drop-off, we were shocked to see that every parent, including the principal herself, wore shoes in the infant room. This was especially concerning because it was snowing heavily that day—dirty water and salt were visibly tracked across the floor while older infants crawled around. Despite our discomfort, we left our daughter with a teacher and left. Still uneasy, we returned an hour later to pick her up. My girlfriend asked the principal why the “No Shoe Policy” was not being enforced. Rather than taking responsibility, the principal made excuses, claiming they encourage parents to remove their shoes but sometimes she forgets herself—as we had witnessed that morning. This raised concerns about what other policies might be ignored, leading us to decide to withdraw our daughter from the program. Two days later, the principal sent a general “shoe policy reminder,” which felt like an inadequate and delayed response with no real action taken. Once we secured alternative childcare, my girlfriend informed the principal of our decision to unenroll. When my girlfriend explained our concerns, the principal again took no accountability and stated that a four-week notice was required, meaning we were still responsible for paying those four weeks. She then rudely added that failing to pay would negatively affect my girlfriend’s credit. My girlfriend’s credit should not have been her concern, and it felt like an attempt to intimidate and bully her. Despite this, we proceeded with unenrolling our daughter.

We sadly had to leave this location due to the skyrocketing cost but, my goodness, if we could swing it, we would! We started attending this school when the other Bethlehem location closed in 2020. Besides the mismanagement by Spring Education Group, who NEEDS to pay these people TWICE what they're making (and with the cost, why aren't they???) we loved this school. The principals came and went over the last 3 years (a tough position to permanently fill!) but Miss Trish, the VP, has been an unwavering champion of childcare. When my daughter was a toddler she was a biter (yeah... sorry to the kids she bit!!) but they worked with us so diligently and had plans in place. With their help, we nipped that in the bud real quick! I swear, her Intermediate teacher potty trained her. They just truly care about your child and every child. The photos are great. The daily reports were good. The food (snacks and lunch) looked appetizing. The activities were fun. But I'm telling ya, Spring will nickel and dime ya with fundraisers and summer camp/registration fees. If you can afford base of around 1500 a month for toddler and up age, go for it. You won't regret it. It might be a little more for the babies but MISS JENNY is a saint among humans and will take the best care of your baby, worth every penny right there! But Spring Education Group needs to take better care of their people and help keep the good ones. If you take anything from this review, it's that they're worth it. We miss Chesterbrook!

My child was injured on the playground at this daycare. It rained, they have metal playground equipment and the child fell and cut their cheek open. What's worse, when I got a call from them about the incident, I was told it was merely a scratch. Just to be called a few hours later and told that I need to take my kid to the emergency room! We lost time and once the stitches were finally applied 12 hours later, it was not as smooth as it could have been if I was notified of the gravity of the situation right away. A big scar on my child's face for life. Stay away. Especially for the price and the level of care which are incomparable.
