My daughter has attended this facility for several years. As she has gotten older I like that the facility has incorporated enjoyable appropriate activities for the school age kids. They take field trips during the summer, have several activities for them to do inside and out, help with homework, and even have parties for them. I also like that they ensure all the kids are getting along. Most importantly for after school pick up, they will NOT leave that school without knowing your child isn’t at school! I’ve even attended a few after hour activities hosted by the facility as well. The smaller kids always appear happy. It warms my heart to see how spoiled the staff has those younger ones! We will definitely miss this facility once my daughter times comes to an end. Highly recommend!

My son has been here since he was 2 months old. He is now over 2 and a half and our overall experience here has been great. The curriculum there is amazing! My son was counting to twenty by the time he turned two and I was so surprised! We have had a few issues, but once we communicated our concerns they took them seriously. The turnover in employees is high, but I would rather have people who actually want to be there and doing right by my child than someone who is only there because it’s “a job.” Love it there!

My child has been a part of this center since he was just 8 months old, and now, at 4 years old, the progress he has made is truly remarkable. I am forever grateful for the nurturing and enriching environment that has helped him grow and learn so much over the years.

I would have to give the location and staff 0 out of 10. My child had just turned 3 and this was his first time in daycare. Against my better judgement, we tried here. We tried 2x: first we thought it was the “teacher” so he went 3 days the we stopped. The second time we realized it was most of the staff and the environment at that location so he lasted another 3 before we withdrew. Cost is too high for the beyond standard service provided. Staff is unprofessional and inexperienced. The teachers are never present or always late. The staff to kid ratio is never within the guidelines (way too many kids). My child was miserable there (he cried going and leaving)and is now thriving and has already made friends at his school (Montessori). He has not cried one day since attending his school. I couldn’t perform at work because I was so worried about the level of care he was receiving. I would call to check on my child and the lady in the office would put me on hold and never come back. You call and could rarely get anyone to answer but when you go there the director and assistant is always sitting in the office. They didn’t include my child in circle time; they allowed him to play alone during that time. They didn’t do anything to elevate his growth or expand his social/physical/mental abilities. Most of the staff is young with no children, understanding or patience. The facility is unsanitary; items are not sterilized daily if at all. I’ve seen service providers (therapist..etc) conducting sessions in the hallway or unorganized classroom; how do the child supposed to develop in such an environment. I don’t do reviews but this one was needed. If you love your child I would look elsewhere!!!

*with updates* My daughter LOVES this daycare. She's 10 Months old and gets so excited as we walk through the door. We still nurse and that was a concern before we enrolled. But they have proven to be wonderful at being accommodating to her needs, especially since they helped us transition to a bottle. They provide great feedback both through the app, and in person. And work with me to maintain a great feeding/sleep schedule as well as transitioning to solids. Cindy is always willing to speak about any concern or issue, and always willing to problem solve if needed. I would recommend this place to any mother I know. I love the staff and they love my daughter. We couldn't be happier. *Update as of 2021- my daughter is still here, and still loves her school! The directors have changed, but the quality of this place stays high. And I’m proud to call this my child’s home away from home. Even through the pandemic last year, they were phenomenal at communicating, practicing safety measures and implementing CDC standards, and doing their very best to protect their workers and children. *Update Jan 2025- my child is now in 2nd grade. We’ve been with CCN for 7 years, working on 8. We love the staff here, they have become our family. My child has grown into a well adjusted young girl who knows how to share, care for others, and she transitioned well from daycare to elementary school. She was well prepared for kindergarten and has done well throughout school so far because of the amazing staff at CCN.
