Childcare Network

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. From day one,in 2022 when both my kids started the staff has been warm, patient, and attentive to my children needs. The communication is excellent — I always feel informed and included in my child’s day-to-day progress. The classrooms are clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging activities. The director Miss DeeDee is welcoming, as well as Miss Tonisha. Also both my kids love their teacher Mrs. Page. The hours are great and they accept children all day...Definitely recommend!

My son has been enrolled at this facility since December 2024, and our experience has been consistently positive. The staff are attentive and responsive to my child’s individual needs, creating a nurturing environment. A special thank you to Ms. Tanesha, whose care has been evident since day one. Her support helped ease my initial anxiety, making the transition smoother and more reassuring. Overall, this is a well-run facility with dedicated staff who truly care.

This daycare had so many good reviews that I thought it would be a good fit. I enrolled my relatives here. The older one like to cause problems so I understood when he couldn’t return, but with the actual toddler, there were problems. His second day there they lost his shirt and we never got it back. Apparently he was sweating and they took it off because he had on an undershirt. It was still winter but ok. The classroom staff are really kind and I like them. I really did. Though I did not like the portions of food they fed the kids. I felt like it wasn’t enough, but maybe that’s daycare standard. For example: for breakfast they were served one French toast tick with a scoop of apple sauce and a cup of milk. Lucy would have a couple more food items on their plates and snack was usually after school hours and still small like a napkin of goldfish and cup of water. Once Ms. Deborah retired, I did not like how it was being ran. The promoted lady was not as friendly and quite dismissive if I’m being honest. I don’t even know her name but she’s been there a while. Favoritism is shown. Kids copy each other’s behavior and certain ones get a pass while others get calls. I’ve witnessed it with different families. And I’ve witnessed them discussing personal matters about the kids and their families multiple times and I find that very unprofessional. Yes, I’ve had a couple of problems here and did not like how they were handled so my family is no longer there. A major issue was how they called me to say my toddler ran from his classroom, down the hall, and out the front door and they could not stop him because they were not allowed but yet when I got there he was sitting in the office and no one would show me his actions even though there are cameras everywhere because it is against policy?!?! Like excuse me?!?! The only thing they are prompt about is calling you to pickup your child and getting them from school on time. Once again not a great experience with the operator, but the staff I would interact with were kind. Kids loved Mr. Foreman, Ms. Pat, Ms. Kima, Ms. Scott, Ms. Meka, Ms. Keisha, and Ms. Tanisha.

My son started attending this Childcare Network at 3 months old. He is now 18 months old and we have never had any problems. Any questions or concerns the teachers and or the director handles it immediately. I am quite pleased with the nurturing environment that Childcare Network provides.

My grandson has been going to Childcare Network on Price Rd for almost one year and he loves it. The staff members are friendly, personable, and take great care of my grandson. I am able to view his activities throughout the day and I’m in the know on what’s happening with him.
