My wife and I were really in a bind with our childcare provider and we needed immediate care for our 3 month and 20 month old.. No easy feat.. No matter who I called or where I went, I got voicemails and was told there was a long waitlist for our infant. I was not able to get anyone on the phone through Childcare Network's corporate number, so I decided to stop by and speak with someone there. I was greeted by Miss Netta and I told her about what was happening, she told me that they too had a very long waitlist for our infant.. but she would check with her director to see what she could do. I did not get 5 minutes down the road and Miss Netta called me and told me to come back, get the kids signed up, and that they could start the next day. I literally could not turn around and head back any faster. Miss Netta and the staff have been life savers for us during the transition and I can't thank everyone at this facility enough.

Child Network truly feels like a home away from home for my grandchildren. The staff, especially Netta, and Michal go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. It's heartwarming to see the teachers interact with the children with such love and genuine care. I feel at ease knowing that my grandchildren are in such good hands. Thank you Michal ,and Child Network, for creating such a warm and loving environment for our little ones.

Hey parents, keep in mind when searching for childcare that most of these reviews are from over 5+ years ago when things were ran better. 4yr old tuition has increased to $205 due every Monday, late fees of $35 are added Tuesday. Classroom closures lead to fuller rooms. VPK is no longer offered at this location which they informed parents of after the deadline for VPK vouchers were submitted. High employee turnover. They have a secondary lock on the door but it remains propped open deeming it useless and consistently holds fundraisers for corporate training events that provides zero funds to this location. The Scholastic Book Fair is the only fundraiser that specifically helps this location so please participate in that. They are always inconsistent with every process but as soon as a parent slips up, they'll enforce the tuition agreement. Things have improved though, with the previous director on more than 5 occasions my toddler was blistered in the genital area from sitting in soiled diapers for extended periods of time and more times that I can count full diapers upon pickup. All in all, it is much better now than the with the previous director, but may not be the ideal situation for single parents or parents with financial challenges. You're better off looking somewhere else.
