We only stayed as long as we did until we could find another place with an opening.
In the almost 2 months we were there, our 4 month old had at least 10 different teachers rotate through her room, providing break coverage and substituting while they tried to hire a new second main teacher. This lack of consistency meant besides their main teacher Ashlee, most teachers didn't spend enough time with the babies to know all their subtle cues and body languages. These teachers also had varying levels of access to the app used for record-keeping, so there were multiple times that no one could answer questions like if she pooped or the last time she ate. There were at least two separate times that my daughter went hungry because somehow no one knew to feed her.
Communication was terrible between staff and from admin to parents. Multiple times we'd walk into the room and find a new face, without any warning, and were expected to hand our baby to a complete stranger who hadn't even bothered to introduce herself. Or there would be no one in the room and no one at the front desk. When we asked around, no one knew who was covering. We didn't learn until a month and a half in that we were meant to put our daughter in a completely different room until the teacher could arrive and open our baby room.
When I expressed my concerns to administration, I was brushed off, treated dismissively, and was told I was the problem.
They are receiving 2 stars because the teachers themselves were lovely. We believed that they really cared for our daughter and were doing their best to treat her well. Everyone we spoke to loves children, including admins. The teachers did not however, have the tools they needed in order to be set up for success.

Public Service Announcement for Parents Considering Enrollment:
We initially chose this daycare because of the tour and the part-time care options they offer for infants. However, after enrolling our child, we regret to inform other parents that the reality did not match the promises made during the tour.
Issues Encountered:
• Communication: Updates about feedings, diaper changes, and nap times were inconsistent, with long gaps between updates.
• Staff Concerns: High turnover and a lack of visible leadership from the director led to a chaotic environment. The director is rarely seen, and most of the communication is handled by the assistant director or other staff members.
• Safety Concerns: Strangers were allowed in the facility without proper ID checks.
• Care Issues: On several occasions, staff were unable to provide details about my child’s care, such as bottle feedings, diaper changes, or nap schedules. There were discrepancies in the timeline of care, which raises concerns about whether my child was properly cared for when awake.
• Unprofessionalism: On one occasion, the staff member appeared rushed and focused on leaving rather than providing necessary updates about my child’s care. This felt unprofessional and concerning.
• Staff Shortages: The facility is often short-staffed, which has resulted in the infant room being closed early or, at times, not even staffed to open the room at all. This lack of reliable staffing makes it difficult to trust the care and consistency being provided.
• Weather and Snow Days: When it snows or bad weather hits, expect poor communication. Don’t count on them to announce closings the day before a storm—any updates typically come the day of, and often with delays. If there’s a delayed opening, the message is sometimes sent last minute, which can cause confusion and disrupt plans. Don’t expect timely or effective communication during inclement weather.
Additional Observations:
If you’re looking for a more flexible daycare where you can pay as you go, come and go as you please, and simply have them change diapers, feed, and watch your child, this might be the place for you. If you’re not looking for a daycare that follows a structured curriculum or has a strong focus on communication, this is the one for you. If you have expectations, don’t go here.
Positive Acknowledgments:
• Special shout-out to Ms. Wylet, Ms. D (Andrea), and Jynequa, who were amazing with my child and provided consistent care.

My 4 year old son has just started with childcare network and is receiving all the help to prepare him for kindergarten. He enjoys the new friends but more importantly he seems to enjoy his teacher's and the staff. It has been a very welcoming environment for him.

I’ve had my niece and grandson there close to a year there and they are both so thrilled when I drop them off and pick them up. They try telling me about their day at the same time. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Thank you you all so much.
