I wrote a review and it was removed. My daughter attended this daycare and they had 2 staff members to 20 babies. This does not meet state guidelines. I hope DHS caught this issue.

Apparently when you apply they have a system where people schedule a tour a set you up to start services with out informing you the facts, meaning they have NO space an have a waitlist. That is fine a lot of places have waiting list however to schedule a tour waste people time. Those of us who are working parents whom may have had to take work off to appear for the said tour just to be met with a snarky Director with no people skills to have the most UNINVITING TONE to say hey yeah I can help you butttt you will have to go on a waiting list mhmmm yeah…. I mean what in the world is this woman doing in such a high position an speaks like that? And when i responded with I was scheduled a tour and never told about a waiting list she just said mmmm yeah well we communicate with them about that so mmm I don’t know why they didn’t tell you. Just a waste of time. The building looks nice and kids sound happy. That’s the only positive thing I could say in my short 15min of wasted time there.

Writing this review in hopes that it saves another family some heartbreak, I would give negative stars if I could. Our 2 month old daughter was only in the daycare for two days, and on that second day my husband picked her up we discovered her clothes were soiled with urine and feces. Dry to the touch like it had been there for quite some time. Her diaper was hard and beyond full with urine and feces like it hadn’t been changed all day. She seemed very out of it both days we picked her up, but I just assumed it was bc of a new and busy environment. Now I can’t help but think she was left to cry all day and was never tended to. My husband said that she was being fed a bottle when he picked her up, the teacher didn’t even notice the horrible state our baby was in. To make matters just that much worse, when I called to try and figure out how this could possibly be allowed to happen, neither the assistant director or the director apologized or seemed to take any action as to somehow resolve the incident. the director did make sure to tell me to pay the tuition or it would go to collections, because that’s what’s most important to them. not your child. it was our first experience with daycare and we ultimately decided not to bring her back. they lie about the teacher to child ratio and put up a front like they have everything under control. please be warned.

My daughter has been at CNI since she was a baby! We love Mrs. Marsha and the staff. Such a kind friendly environment. They helped potty train my daughter and she is thriving.

Childcare Network on Kanis has become part of my family. My daughter started with the school--yes I consider it a school-- when she was only 10 weeks old. She's my first and only child, so I was absolutely terrified to leave her with anyone, much less strangers. The teachers and staff have demonstrated that they LOVE my child and are truly excited to see her each morning. She loves all of staff right back. In fact, some of her first words were names of her teachers. And all of her teachers, past/present/substitute, greet her by name when she walks in the front door. She's now almost 2 and still loves going to school. There is no perfect daycare/school, but this place is perfect for us. No, they don't always have time to talk with me in the front office or answer my calls/emails right away-- because they are busy taking care of my child and all of the other children entrusted to them. Yes, teachers are sometimes tired and frustrated, like all of us, but they take the responsibility of caring for children to heart and put that responsibility first. From the director to the food prep staff, each person has shown us nothing but kindness. I highly recommend this location to friends.
