Childcare Network

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place is horrible. The director does NOTHING, but she can get very childish and petty when you call her out on her mishaps. Calling corporate does nothing, but the director sure lets you know when corporate calls them to tell them certain families have called corporate on them. That is very unprofessional. Their facility is very dirty and the workers come to work sick often. The place has a lice infestation that corporate has not done anything about despite my many complaints. A formal complaint has been filed with the state as my granddaughter came home with a black eye and no one said anything about it. Do not send your child here. They change teachers way too often and everyone is ghetto. I also would not consider any other child care network as corporate will do the same at the others if this is how they handle their staff here. They don't like being called out on issues and as soon as you do, it's chaos from then on. My granddaughters have been removed

I have two babies . Both having been going since about 3 months old . My eldest is now 3 . We Absolutely love it. Leslie and Kim adore my children. Mrs Pam , Tamara, Kiki , Kay Kay and Xhamara are all amazing teachers. They are always doing activities and getting the children outdoors which I really love . These teachers are so hands on. Everyday my children are happy at drop off and when I pick them up each week they’ve seemed to learn a new song / skills of some sort .Overall, My kids literally beg to go to school every day at this point. I don’t what you heard about another facility but this one is the bomb !

I had a negative experience with this location. My child and i both attended. This past week found out one of the employees pinned my child down face first into his crib. I have photos of the incident and filed charges against the employee. I was working not even 100 feet away in another classroom when this occurred. I wasn’t informed of this happening what so ever, they went TWO months before i found out what happened with my child. and the employee who was committing these actions was harmful to other children aswell. i highly do NOT recommend.

My son absolutely loves going here! All the staff have always been incredibly professional as well as warm and compassionate towards not only my son but towards every child under their care!

Both of my children started 2 weeks ago. They both seem to be settling just fine to their new environment. I absolutely LOVE Ms. Pam in the infant room. She loves on my baby & treats her as her own. The staff is friendly & helpful. & Leslie, the director, is awesome. Glad I chose this location.
