We absolutely LOVE children’s campus. It’s been such a blessing to our family. My child has truly thrived since being there. The staff are very friendly and kind. They go above and beyond to love the kids and their families. Amy the director is the best!

My family (husband, and two daughters ages 1 and 3) went to this location for a tour. We had filled out the Durham Pre-K application and had toured a few schools this week for my 3 yo daughter. When we got there Amy greets us at the door, introduced herself and shows us the first classroom. When we step inside the teachers say hi. My husband puts our daughter down and she picks up a toy. When leaving the class Amy offers her a book from the free bookshelf in the hall in exchange for the toy. My daughter declines and continues to ask for a toy saying she wants to play. Then she starts to stomp and scream to let out her frustration. Amy then decides to ask if my daughter has been diagnosed (suggesting she may be on the spectrum). I politely said no. You could visibly tell that she was uncomfortable. She didn’t show us any other part of the school. She only told us that they prep meals in school, the cameras are for their use (parents can’t view them remotely), and we would have to apply for the school directly as well as the Durham PreK application. I just feel that if you work with kids a three to throwing a tantrum shouldn’t have gotten that response. Also, the timing of her question was inappropriate. I would not leave my kids here.

Absolutely love Children’s Campus! Our youngest is so clearly loved by the entire staff and he LOVES them- runs to all the teachers and hardly even gives me a second look! Our middle started kindergarten this year after 4 years at CCSP and I’m asked at least twice a week how she’s doing and when she’s coming to visit. And our first oldest didn’t even go here but they all know her name and ask about her or make her feel special whenever she comes in with me. The teachers are wonderful and truly understand each child’s personality and quirks! We are so lucky to have found our home away from home!

My Wife and I started bringing our children to children's campus 2 years ago - we have a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old. We can say without hesitation that we trust them whole-heartedly to take great care of our children. Their emotional and behavioral development has far surpassed our expectations, and we cannot express how much we LOVE the teachers here. Highly recommend!

Being a first time mother and a social worker made it very hard for me to find a daycare that I was comfortable with. Children's Campus at Southpoint was one of many centers my husband and I looked at as an option to transition our daughter from the awesome care she was getting from a family member, to trusting pure strangers with our only child. Out of all the centers we toured Children's Campus just spoke to my heart. There was a sense of comfort that I received from the staff. The director, Amy Boyette, is always a pleasure to talk to and always willing to answer my millions of questions. Our daughter's teachers are also amazing. I love the diverse population of the children and the staff. Our daughter has been attending Children's Campus for 9 months and I'm proud to say my husband and I made a good choice. Our daughter has flourish over these 9 months and we know it has a lot to do with the love, support, education and individualized care she gets on a daily basis. Our daughter will be turning 2 on April 1st and she can say/sing the entire alphabet and count to ten. I think that is pretty amazing and so is our daughter.
Pleasantly pleased,
