Wonderful daycare! I am always skeptical with trusting people with my kids. So when I found this place I felt reassured. Ms. Teresa has a warm spirit and my daughter took her immediately! You can tell she has a love for children! My child's teacher is Ms. Keke and Ms Kiera are always nice and my child never leaves without giving several high fives and pounds to them! The other staff is very nice too! I am glad I found this hidden gem in Graham! Try them out you will love them!

I repeat PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you are a GRAHAM resident or a parent looking in need please do not send your children or child to Children's Cottage Learning Academy I have experienced multiple child abuse incidents with both of my children my son who is three and my daughter at the time who is one the most recent time when I decided to pull my children out I came from work and my daughter's braid was ripped from the root of her head and also in the same day my son had a busted lip she told me that my daughters beads was interesting to another child and the child grabbed a hold of her hair my son she told me that the incident was he was on the stepping stool in the bathroom and hit his lip. Please spread the word .

I am so thankful I found this place! I have been searching high and low for a daycare that can accommodate my 1 year old son. I am EXTREMELY particular about where I leave my son. I'm also highly discerning and can sense the okie doke when I see or hear it. After meeting and speaking with Ms. Teresa and her staff, her conviction, her level of care for the children, her desire to run her establishment beyond the set standards, and her level of faith sold me immediately. I can tell she's not just talking it, she's walking it. I witnessed how she handled an unexpected situation while I was there. It was handled with poise and grace. I will have total peace leaving my son at her establishment. If you are on the fence about a daycare, definitely give Children's Cottage a try!

I can not say enough good things about this facility. Mrs. Teresa and her staff are extremely professional and passionate about the children they serve. They go above and beyond to make my little boy feel supported and cared for. They have special events for the kids and provide a fun and welcoming space for the kids to learn and be creative. My little boy comes home everyday and happy and ready to go back! They have been a true blessing to our family and I cannot sing their praises enough!

We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where everyone feels like they are part of a family. I, Teresa Jones, the owner and operator of the academy, have been working in the childcare industry for 35 years and it has always been my passion. I started this business in the Triad area to offer exceptional care to the community and employment to individuals who want to start a career in childcare. However, over the past year, I have faced multiple attacks from individuals who want to shut down my business and tarnish my reputation. It has been disheartening for me and my staff because we have always worked hard to support our community. Some people took advantage of us, and when we had to stop that, they started slandering us with false allegations of neglect, lack of care, and unfair employment practices. Let me reassure you that we do not condone the mistreatment of our children nor staff. I am a mother and grandmother, and my staff are parents as well. We will not tolerate any comments of mistreatment towards any children. The children are our first and most important priority here at Children’s Cottage Learning Academy. These allegations are baseless and untrue. I cannot control what people say, but I will always stand strong for the care and love of our children and my business. We have received negative reviews from some parents, and ex- employees who are no longer with us. but we will not let them affect us. We will stand tall against all the harmful publicity and come back stronger. As a business owner, I understand that not everyone will share my vision and values, but I will continue to work with the utmost dedication and care for the children and parents who need us.
