Children's Emporium

Im incredibly disappointed with our experience at children’s emporium My son was removed from the program on his very first day, without any real effort to help him adjust or settle in. What makes this even more frustrating is that we had spoken to the staff ahead of time to make sure they were prepared to support him during the transition. We were assured they understood the challenges that can come with a child’s first days in a new environment but clearly, that wasn’t the case. Rather than showing patience or professionalism, they gave up on him immediately. This is not what you expect from a facility that claims to care for children. If you’re looking for a daycare that genuinely supports your child and communicates openly with parents, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Aubrielle was there for 4 years! Sad to see her go! Because she is off to middle school! The environment is fun, safe and educational for the kids. We will miss all the wonderful Staff at Children's Emporium. Definitely recommend this school!

First off I waited over a year for them to get an opening !! My son has really improved since he has been attending this school and they are all nice staff ! It’s a GREAT school Mary Jane is the BEST !!!

I loved this daycare. The staff was always tentative to my child. They told me every time any little incident happened with him. He was always safe. They go over and beyond to make the kids and parents comfortable. Anybody that has complaints about this daycare should check themselves and see if they are the problem, not the daycare. And also to the parents. The parking spots are 15 feet from the door. Stop being so entitled and just park in a spot. You are the ones making things unsafe.

Unprofessional and Unsafe Environment I would not recommend Daycare Children’s Emporium based on my experience. My son was bitten three times by the same child, and the daycare failed to take proper action. Instead of addressing the behavior of the child who bit my son, their solution was to demote my son to a different class, even though he was the victim. To make matters worse, the manager lied about the age of the child who bit him to avoid taking any real action or responsibility. The staff’s attitude was equally concerning. They made nasty comments and seemed upset with me for being upset about my child being repeatedly harmed. It became clear that they prioritize their own children who attend the daycare over others, showing no genuine care or interest in my son’s well-being, even though I pay weekly for his care and protection. If you’re looking for a place that actually protects children, look elsewhere. But if you have a biter, this is the daycare for you—because they’ll keep them and give them nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
