This school is wonderful. I struggled with looking for a place for my child to develop his social skills since he didn't get to be around with other kids since the covid hit. When I found this place, I knew my child will be well taken care of. They are very welcoming. They embrace and nurture my child like their own. They are like family. Staff are excellent and very understanding. Meals are healthy. They do fun field trips and activities for the kids. I respect and appreciate all the staff of this school. You guys are just the BEST!!!🫡👌

We couldn't be happier with our experience at CLC. The teachers (Teacher Sakeena, Angela, Anna, Daljit, Kathy and I'm missing one more teacher's name) are incredibly caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment where our child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn. The curriculum strikes the perfect balance between structured learning and creative play, encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development. The staff also maintains excellent communication with parents, keeping us informed about our child's progress and daily activities. We feel confident that CLC is laying a strong foundation for our child's future education. Highly recommend this preschool to any parent looking for a warm, inclusive, and educational setting for their little ones!

Couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful experience our child had at CLC over the past two and half years. Our kid didn't had any complaints and enjoyed going to school every single day. Due to limited socializing during the pandemic, we were concerned about how our child would adjust to the teachers and other children. However, the teachers made the transition seamless. We believe our child developed a strong social foundation during their time at CLC.

After checking out several preschools in the area and being at CLC for the 2023-2024 school year, we decided to choose CLC and whole heartedly recommend CLC for the following reasons: 1. Low teacher turnover. Teacher Sakeena has been there for a long time (10+ years and counting) as well as the other staff members including Teacher Angela and the supervisor (Kathy). It was nice to see the same face everyday (even the teachers from other classroom) when I drop off and pick up. Teacher Sakeena was friendly and loved to talk but overall the students knew what their expectations were in the classroom. My very shy son opened up to them and trusted his teachers. The school is fairly diverse with families from different backgrounds socially and economically. 2. This is not a chain preschool. This is a small preschool with only 3 classes. They use Teaching Strategies (monthly topic studies) and ECHOS as well as following their own curriculum. They are play-based and have weekly cooking projects that my son really enjoyed. There are a few opportunities for family events throughout the school year. We get monthly newsletter with information on what they are learning and reminders. There was also quarterly parent teacher conferences. They have a score of 3+ with Early Achievers which means they're doing great things according to the State of Washington! I feel like they need a score of 4! 3. The school is very clean. Children are required to bring slippers to wear inside the classroom. They wear their street shoes when they go outside to play and when they go home. There was never a musty odor that other preschools have in the classroom. 4. They provided homecooked meals at a small extra cost. My son has stated that he loves eating the food at school more than he does at home! He was a semi-picky eater. He started the school year not eating much vegetables and ended the school year eating celery and carrots! I can go on and on with how great this school is. I loved it. My son loved it. This school worked for me and my family.
