I would strongly advise exercising caution when allowing children to interact with Ally. Her communication with children, as well as her comments about staff, have consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect. When concerns are raised, she often deflects accountability and portrays herself as a victim. Her overall demeanor is concerning and does not reflect the standards expected in a childcare or professional environment.

Coming from somebody that has actually worked in the childcare field, there’s no other daycare around that I’d feel comfortable with sending my kids to other than Childtime of Buffalo. They provide so many perks to ensure a peace of mind such as the ability to check on your children live whenever you want, daily updates on activities, nap time, eating, diaper changes, communication with the teachers, and more. Also, you can really tell that their entire staff loves what they do. They are so friendly and treat the kids like their own family. My kids love going to daycare. 10/10 recommended.

Being a new parent to the “Daycare World” I was scared to send my kids to daycare; but the Director and teachers at Childtime has really made it one of the best experiences ! My kids love going every day and seeing the bond they built with all the teachers makes it 10x better. This daycare is like a big family. I have no complaints and would guarantee any child would feel at home here. They treat your kids as if they were their own. My son has developed so much and is constantly surprising me with new words and songs. There are also cameras in the rooms and an interactive app that allows you to see all the updates from your child’s day. I would recommend Childtime to any parent looking for a daycare for their little one !

This daycare is absolutely wonderful they treat our children like they are their own! The director, Tiffanie, is always the first to jump in and help where ever she can. All of the teachers are absolutely amazing our kids run to them every morning from the infant room to toddler room and 3 year old’s room everyone is so friendly and kind. They give frequent updates through the day on the app. You receive pictures regularly and can even watch the cameras of the rooms your kids are in to prove how great these teachers are with the kids. Our children come home every day and tell us all about how school went and what they did with their teachers that day. We have many daycares a lot closer and choose to stay here and drive 20 minutes away because of the staff and how well our children are treated and cared for. Thank you for everything you all do!!

Childtime daycare is an amazing daycare facility. I have been a customer since 2019 and I never plan on leaving. I live in Niagara County, and I drive to Cheektowaga Daily to ensure my children receive the best care possible. It takes me 25 mins to get to this daycare, but it is totally worth it. I have several daycares near my home, and I did a walk through at all of them. I was blown away by Childtime and no other daycare can come close to what Childtime has to offer. I receive updates all day long on what my children are doing, diaper updates, and what they eat and how much. The facility has been recently updated and remodeled. The Company removed all the toys and furniture and replaced everything. The toddlers (18 months - 3 years) just got the rubber outdoor play area with a sunshade so that the little babies do not get a sun burn. The playground areas have been completely replaced and are new. All the teachers from the tiny baby rooms all the way to grade school are amazing, patient, and kind. They all do fun crafts with the kids to send home weekly, they all go above and beyond. Miss Terri specifically changes my kid’s diapers moments before picking up so that this is one less thing for me to worry about. She also gives me a daily report on how my children did that day. This makes a huge difference when you are a busy mom. Miss Kim is always doing something fun with my daughter’s hair (when she gets a chance), and she takes many pictures of my kids throughout the day which helps me to not worry about them. The facility Director and Assistant Director are very professional and compassionate, they are always there to address my needs or my children’s needs. I would highly recommend Childtime of Buffalo as they go above and beyond what it takes to care for a child.
