I did a tour for my kiddos to attend the day camp as they were the only place in the area that accepted kindergarten age students. It all seemed well enough. My kids have been going to daycare since they were 2 (they’re 5&6&11). This was back in march as I know how quick spots fill up. I was given the cost information and when I informed them I use title 20 the lady’s face just dropped. She told me that she would call me back to let me know when the registration was beginning to get my girls in. Three weeks passed and I hadn’t heard anything. I emailed her to kindly ask when she would know when registration would be open. They didn’t email me back. I called the next day and they told me the director would be out of the office for lunch and she would call me after. She never called back. I emailed them again just to see if anyone would respond and they didn’t. A week later I called again and spoke to the woman that had given me the tour. She told me that it would be roughly $325 per kid to get them registered and into the program. I let her know again that I use title 20 and she told me that I would just have to call back later to see if any spots opened up. She didn’t ask for my information or my kids names. Overall it was a maddening experience to be dismissed. I’ve never had this experience at daycares and my oldest who is now 11 had nothing but positive daycare experiences as well.To the director and her assistant, if you don’t care then don’t do your job. Ignoring me several times was the most childish thing I’ve dealt with.

The teachers do a great job getting know the children and engaging them in lots of activities that facilitate development. They post lots of pictures and I love the SproutAbout app where I can see the pictures and watch the livestream of the classroom.

We were with this daycare for a while, but unfortunately the level of care dropped significantly over the past year. We ultimately decided to pull our toddler out due to several ongoing concerns. The most basic expectations of a daycare—safety, cleanliness, and attentive care—just weren’t being met. Our child often came home with diaper rashes, unexplained bites, and a consistently crusty nose. It felt like staff were placed in rooms just to meet ratio requirements, not to actually engage or care for the kids. Sadly, we can’t recommend this daycare based on our experience.

Poor management. Staff is not skilled in managing the kids. Constantly running amok whenever I go in there for pickup. Building is too small and in disrepair. Rarely receive incident reports when my kids get hurt. They just inform you at pickup. Staff clearly untrained and generally not equipped to do anything other than babysit your kids. Minimal interaction between staff and kids. My kids are always telling me how bored they are. They've never complained about being bored before at any daycare. This is just another corporate daycare that is more concerned with sending staff home & consolidating the rooms to save money on payroll. Terrible. Don't subject your kids to this place.

This center is DIRTY. The tables and floors where the kids eat and play are filthy with dried food that looks like it has been there for months. The teachers yell and scream at the children like they are adults. The teachers have no training in handling children and it is almost abusive. DO NOT send your children here. It is so sad
