We moved to Childtime of Northville because our previous daycare was closing. The tour was very professional and all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After a few days, we decided that the daycare wasn't a great fit for us, so we called to discuss it with the Director at Childtime; we spoke with Ankita Singh, the School Education Manager. She dismissed our concerns and accused us of lying. We haven't had an issue speaking with the Director, Chris, but Ankita was exceptionally impolite and rude. After our discussion with her, the decision was easy to leave.

We have been with Childtime for two whole weeks, and though I set up auto draft for the tuition the week before our enrollment started, their payment system failed to process it. We got a late fee our first week, and when I asked why they said I hadn't paid. I patiently explained I enrolled in their autopay, and this should be no issue. I ask them to reverse the late fee, and they did. The payment came out the following Monday and by then the next week's tuition was due Wednesday. Instead of processing another weekly payment on Wednesday, nothing happened (unbeknownst to me as I don't keep track of the moment all my autopay transactions process). Their system gave me a second late fee. When I went to pick up my child on Friday, staff implied I wasn't paying for the service and maybe wasn't capable of paying. I said this is their payment portal, I am signed up for auto pay, and this is not my issue. They wanted me to call my bank so I did right there, and my bank representative said it was a problem with their portal, on speakerphone in front of the School Education Manager. I asked her to reverse the late charge and fix the problem, and she said she would not. I told her that I'd done everything asked of me and this wasn't my issue. She gave me the number to call their portal provider, which I did on the way home. I talked to the payment portal representative on the phone. She first tried to gaslight me by saying I only signed up for the portal mid-week the first week of enrollment. This was not true and I pointed that out to her. I told her I did sign up prior to enrollment start date and entered my bank account and routing number into the autopay feature on their portal. At that she confirmed that YES, I had done that. Then I asked her why that payment never processed. She said it failed to process, and I should have received an email notifying me that the payment failed (more gaslighting). I said I never received such an email, and there's no way the payment would have failed on my end, because my bank account balance is not the issue here. She at least apologized that I wasn't notified of a failure for the payment to process. She informed me I would have to go on the portal and process a manual payment. I would have done that from the beginning had someone told me that was needed.

My kids attended this Childtime for 3 years and we are only leaving because we are moving. The director and teachers made it a place my kids loved going and I wish I could pack the whole school up and take it with us. Ms Wendy, Ms Alison,M Mary (both of them), Ms Caitlin, Ms Catelyn, My Tiffany, Ms Shannon, and every single other teacher as there are so many to name, have seriously blessed my kids. Thank you all for loving them, teaching them and more while they were with you.

As soon as my daughter walks through the doors at ChildTime of Northville, I know she is going to be safe, loved, and pushed to grow through activities and hands on experiences. The management is wonderful; they always have smiles on their faces! Teachers post photos on their app of daily activities and books they read that day. Those updates make me feel connected to my daughter’s world and allow me to have conversation starters when I pick her up. When at home, my daughter speaks often about the friends from her class, and she wakes up excited to go back to “school.” From the mouths of babes: ChildTime is a wonderful place to be!

Amazing daycare. The entire staff is very friendly. My wife and I feel like it is our second home when we drop off our two children. They have developed so much from attending Childtime. We see improvements everyday and amazed at what are kids are learning. I recommend this Childtime location to everyone that is looking for daycare. When visiting daycares, our daughter warmed up to the staff immediately.
