Childtime of Orange

The best daycare ever. Very friendly staff and my daughter loves spending time there and love her teachers. Impressive educational program. My 4 year old almost read and write and do a basic math already.

As first time parents, it was very hard when it came time for us to leave our daughter at daycare when we went back to work. We had been with her every day since she was born, and now we were going to leave her with strangers. We were initially drawn to Childtime of Orange by the lovely residential campus in the hills with lots of nice nature space and the fact that all the rooms were setup with webcams which would allow us to check in and see how our daughter’s day was going in real time. As new parents, this was very reassuring. What came to be much more important than this, however, was the care and attention that our daughter received from her teachers. We were so grateful to see the interest they take in each child. They were very willing to help us figure out a routine that worked for our daughter when she was having difficulty napping at daycare, and they were always monitoring her individual progress to keep us up to speed on her development. I am so impressed with and deeply appreciative for the compassion and patience that the teachers show toward the children every day. It’s a relatively small community. The director is wonderful and personally knows all the families, and most of the teachers know the names of most of the children (even those who aren’t in their class). We never worry about our daughter when she is at Childtime. We know that she is being well cared for, and we always look forward to seeing what new things she learned that day. Choosing to send our daughter to Childtime of Orange was one of the best decisions we made for our family.

My son has been at this center since he was 3 months old (he's now 2 1/2). Our experience with them has been wonderful. The environment is safe and welcoming. My son has had three sets of teachers now, in the infant room, the toddler room, and the early preschool room, and he has developed an affectionate bond with each of them. He is always having a good time when I pick him up, and he sometimes doesn't want to leave! We've been very lucky to have Childtime to help with our little one.

9/2/2020 Update- Still 5 stars! My now 2 year old in the Early Pre-K class and still thriving! I cannot express enough how much my daughter loves it here and how much she is learning each day. We love Childtime Orange! My daughter started out in the infant room at 4 months old. She is now 16 months old and thriving in the toddler room. She loves her friends and teachers! She enjoys playing, dancing, and learning. Every time I check in during the day on the live feed, there she is enjoying some sort of activity. Getting updates and pictures throughout the day is also a major plus. The staff...every single one of these ladies are sincerely wonderful! They really care about our littles. I highly recommend them!!

The teachers in the afterschool program help the kids with their homework during the school year and also have a special workbook for them during the summer time so that they can keep up with they learned the previous year. They are very loving and you can clearly see that they care for all of the kids. During the summer session, they have at least 2 off-site excursions as well as other activities on-site (jump houses, petting zoo, etc.). The kids are always kept occupied with activities/crafts and are taught how to work/play well with their peers. I can’t say enough about how Laura and her staff go out of their way to accommodate and care for my son. She provides great leadership and sets the bar high for her staff. It gives me great peace of mind when I’m at work knowing that he will be well taken care of at this Daycare.
