Absolutely Horrifying Experience – Do NOT Send Your Child Here
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. What’s happening behind the doors of this daycare is nothing short of abuse and neglect. I trusted them with my child, only to find out there is a complete lack of accountability, safety, or compassion.
Children are not being treated with love or care. I witnessed bruises on my child multiple times, and every time I brought it up, the staff brushed it off or gave me vague, inconsistent excuses. Screaming can often be heard from the classrooms, not from children crying—but from staff yelling. The emotional abuse is terrifying. Children are being humiliated, ignored, and mistreated while management turns a blind eye.
There are no proper disciplinary procedures for the workers, no transparency with parents, and absolutely no urgency to protect the children when concerns are raised. They hide behind locked doors, fake smiles, and carefully timed tours. But the truth is dark.
I am heartbroken and furious that I ever entrusted this place with my child’s well-being. If you love your child, keep them as far away from this daycare as possible. I’m speaking out because too many parents stay silent, and these innocent children deserve so much better.

My kids have been going here since they started in the infant room, and the teachers and staff have been excellent! You can tell they really care about the kids here. There are always different activities and lessons, and they work hard to keep the kids engaged. My son comes home excited to tell me all about his day and how he played with his friends! We also love the app and the updates we get throughout the day - it's a big help for us to know how they slept, ate, etc., and the pictures are always great to see!

We have just LOVED our experience with Childtime! We've experienced the infant teachers/rooms, and they've been great! The teachers are extremely knowledgable, caring, and even stick to our daughters schedule very well, which can be difficult while taking care of other babies as well. They are also very accommodating when her schedule changes. The director and assistant director are also incredibly helpful with the kids, professional, and very responsive. Our daughter is always so excited to see her teachers and friends each day and it's been an easier transition from home to daycare. I can't speak for the toddler classes or teachers, but I do know every time I see one enter or leave the building they've got smiles on their faces! :) I would highly recommend Childtime to anyone searching for daycare needs.

My daughter has been enrolled in Childtime of Raleigh from 12 weeks old until current (2 1/2) and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. As a new mom, I was so terrified on leaving her with hands outside of mine. I didn't know other families enrolled at this Daycare, but based on the reviews, we decided it was worth having a conversation. I was SO thankful for Ms. Vanessa who was SO comforting with the process. She was transparent on what to expect and did a great job creating a welcoming environment from the beginning. Since then, I have fallen more and more in love with the staff. Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Annie are SO warm and welcome, and I LOVE seeing them first thing each morning. Ms. Antionette and Ms. Megan were so delightful when Jade was 1. Ms. Sylvia was our daughter’s last teacher- and she has been with Childtime for a LONG time and has SUCH great repour with all the families. She helped us navigate the (scary) transition of getting Jade potty trained, provided strong feedback on what we can be doing as parents outside of school to help further her development, and is SO creative. Now we have Ms. Keirra and I LOVE her too! She is FUN, She provides such GREAT videos and has different games/activities all the time. I TRULY cannot save enough about how much we LOVE this school- and it is simply because of the care and the teachers we have! The building itself is very clean and I love their outdoor place. The ONLY thing I wish they had is a street light to get in and out of- which would make life easier. But other than that, I love the things they do to make holidays SUPER special, Love that they offer different things throughout the year (Soccer Shots, Baking, etc.) as a way to enhance the experience even more- it's everything. But more than anything, I have LOVED how much they have and continue to make US feel SO welcomed, loved and appreciated! My daughter is SO smart and understands SO much at her little 2 1/2 year age- and I can attest so much of it to THEM! Thank you, again and again and again for all that you are to our family!

I hate to leave a negative review but my heart wants to look out for other parents who aren't sure about sending their children here. Long story short, we had an absolutely AWFUL experience with one of their "prized" infant teachers Ms. T who was so neglectful of the kids and would allow the kids to cry ALL day while she sat in a rocking chair on her ipad, zero effort to help them. The kids didn't bond with her and would run to any other teacher who filled in when she was gone. I knew the daycare transition was not easy but this was just cruel to do to a child trying to adjust. There are some teachers who are good but so much turnover, instability with the directors/admin, texts at 7am in the morning to ask to keep your child home due to staff shortages etc. We finally got a spot at another daycare and our child had a great time from day 1. They need major improvements.
