Childtime of Santa Ana

The teachers are why we've been coming here since our kiddo was 18mos old. They are all so good and gentle. Even though administration seems to have changed hands over the years, we've stayed here the whole way because Ms. Diana, Ms. Mireya, Mr. Ozzy, and everyone else have all been so good with each phase of her development. From a shy reserved little girl to walking through and saying hi to every teacher, this ChildTime really helped prepare her for TK in public school. The mobile app and cameras are such a benefit. The first year or 2 we were vigilantly watching what's going on, but since then I don't even bother looking anymore.

I would highly recommend Childtime of Santa Ana to any of my friends and family! The staff are warm and welcoming and the facility is always clean and has plenty of natural indoor and outdoor space and amenities for children to flourish. We are leaving due to major lifestyle changes, but planned to keep my daughter here until she aged out. The director, Ms. Andrea, runs a tight ship and is always in open communication with the parents. The staff are very accommodating for all requests and always strive to educate and encourage the kids within their care. I’m an anxious parent, and they always were free to speak with me regarding my concerns. My daughter started here when she was 4 months old and is 2 now. Thank you Childtime for providing a home away from home for my child! We will miss this place.

The teaching staff is absolutely amazing and are clearly doing their absolute best every day. That being said, we have decided to pull our kid out as the teachers seem too overworked. The kid-teacher ratio is very bad in our opinion. I do want to stress again that the teachers are amazing ♥️

Our daughter had been at Childtime since 18 months, and we love it there. It really feels like a home away from home for our child. All the teachers and staff are wonderful and always take the time to share info. The app lets me know what activities they kiddies are up to which is so awesome to see when I'm at work. My daughter loves her teachers so much, which is the best feeling of all. So happy we were able to find and get a spot at Childtime!

MY husband and I can not be more happy about the care that they have given our child. We have been there for a total of 9 months. They took in out baby girl at just 10 weeks old. The Caretakers are just amazing! Kristina is the Director and has so much energy, she always plans fun activities for all kids of all ages, I especially love the teachers. They will give you a thorough update on how your child is doing, they call right away if your child is not feeling well. They really do make you feel like family, which is good since she is there 5 days a week. I have piece of mind dropping her off. They give us updates on when and what she eats, sleeps, bowls movements, and sends pictures of moments that are priceless. The cost well daycare now at days is costly, I would say this is a fair cost given today's society. I forgot to mention, they provide diapers wipes, and sheets! AWESOME!
