Ms Michelle(NP) and Ms Jennifer(Assistant) are the best. I had an IUD removal and insertion done today and they provided lidocaine cream, ibuprofen, and even snacks and water. I felt very comfortable and prepared with them during my procedure. My first IUD insertion(not done here) did not go as planned and I was in a lot of pain. Luckily today I was in the care of very reputable and trustworthy staff. I appreciate you all for making this experience as smooth as possible for me and for being gentle. Thank you so much! No one's picking up. We were given this number at Adult Education and Family Literacy Program of Texas without them telling us what the institution name is. Fortunately, the auto replier told us what it was. Still, the only way of contacting them was the phone which they don't pick up. Now with my only car going to repairs, what's the way of contacting them for us to learn English for my ex spouse?

No one picks up the phone the automatic system continues to repeat itself. So I packed up myself and my 4 month old and drove 12miles to see if they were open. Once I entered the office there was a sign in sheet and before I could finish filling it out some lady who normally works at the Lockhart location didn't greet me instead asked me what was I looking for. Everytime I attempted to speak she would cut me off roll her eyes and repeat herself as if I was holding her up. What are you looking for. Once she gets the answer she likes she then takes me to the hallway with applications for utilities assistance. Not what I was looking for but may help. There's a certain way to speak with people that's not condescending because you never know what a person is going through. I'm new to the city of San Marcos and this was the worst interaction with anyone but I'm not going to hold it against the city she did say she was from Lockhart

This is a community action program that provides resources for parents and their children based on your family income. No discrimination and provides services and referrals for large populations. They also have good parent as teachers educators that comes home to educate you about your child development and needs. Great program with good staffs.
