Community Preschool at Lakewood

My baby attended Community Preschool at Lakewood from four months to one year. Taking him away from this center when we moved out of state is the hardest thing I've had to do as a parent. He was truly loved and deeply cared for here in a way that I didn't think was possible from a daycare. Two days into our new daycare in a new state, I can tell how special Community Preschool was. Ms. Sherry is a gem of a human being who almost certainly does not get paid enough for the incredible amount of love and energy she pours into this place. Ms. Achlli in the infant room loves my son as if he were her own. I got to watch his face light up every time he saw her in the mornings, and it was genuinely heartbreaking to move him away from her. Ms. Vanessa in the kitchen is a delight. Ms. Angel knows her stuff. They are all just absolutely wonderful, and we will be visiting next time we're in town. The environment here is warm and enriching and everything good. I love y'all and miss you dearly already. Thank you for everything.

Community preschool at Lakewood has been a great environment for my little guy to flourish and grow. The classes and routine have helped him to be learn at an amazing rate. Even with some behavioral difficulties they helped to give him a safe encouraging environment to learn boundaries and respect for others. Thank you to Sherry, Alayna, Alexus, Jessica, Vanessa, Brenda, Angel, and everyone that makes it all happen!

My son just started at this school and all the teachers are very welcoming, caring and I can tell my son is learning. My some is very clingy and cautious but the staff helped us a lot with his transition and put me at ease. Highly recommend

My 3 year daughter enjoys going to this school. It's only been 2 weeks, but every time I pick her up she tells me she had a good day. That makes me feel so good as a parent. This is her 2nd school so I'm glad to say she will be staying.
