Always had a great experience with Allison and the Companion Acres team! Playcare and overnight stays were our dog’s favorite times. Would recommend to anyone in the Rochester area

I can’t say enough good things about this dog daycare! My dog is selective with her playmates, but the staff is amazing at finding her the perfect group of friends. They go above and beyond with daily activities like bobbing for hot dogs and giving out fun seasonal treats that my dog absolutely loves. The team here is incredibly friendly, always providing text updates and adorable photos that brighten my day. I know she’s not only safe but having the best time while she’s there—highly recommend!

We love this place for our dog Coco. She is happy with the resort like feel and enjoys the care from the staff. Her owners love the ease of online booking and payment. Also, they offer excellent hours for pick-up and drop off.

The Staff is amazing, we have used them multiple times and every time we are so happy with the care and service. They go above and beyond to make sure our puppy is comfortable, they arrange appropriate character matching playtime with other dogs and make sure our dog is well settled at the facility and they send us regular updates. We love the option that they can groom our puppy at the same time. Highly recommend!

Companion acres boarded our 9month old golden retriever for a week and she had the best time! Our puppy is my husband and I’s whole world it really stressed us out trying to figure out what to do while we went away for a week. Our puppy is a little bit timid at the start so she had a really hard time as we dropped her off and they did so good at making her feel safe and comfortable! I genuinely felt like they treated my dog like family which was such a relief. It was amazing to be able to get pictures and even some videos of her everyday and know just how she was. They were awesome to send us updates and helped us to enjoy our trip worry free! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free boarding experience! I have attached just a few of the pictures we got while she was there having a blast! I have boarded her at another facility here in Rochester and it was twice as expensive and we just didn’t have the best experience (nothing against the other place hence no name included) so it was a life saver to have somewhere we now know we can trust to leave her. We will return for sure!
