My daughter spent a little under 60 days at this daycare, before I was told she no longer could come back.. It was hard for her to adjust in this environment. While all the teachers seemed to welcome my toddler, as time went on lack of patience for her to adjust came about. I’ve never put any of my children in daycare so I thought I would give it a try. There were mix messages between me and her teacher and the director. I was told that she was doing fine by the teachers but always got negative feedback from the director. It was so concerning and I just didn’t feel comfortable even leaving her there . The student teachers were AMAZING. I felt like the director was making it seems like my daughter was not adjusting well because it was predominantly Caucasian babies and staff and that she would only adapt to the African American teacher which that was NEVER the case. It was the environment she was in and the people around that she couldn’t adapt to. Everyday I would drop her off and she would just cry and it hurt me just to leave. It’s so much more, but I’ll leave it at this. She has been in a new daycare with more kids and she is doing AMAZING! This was a great move for me to remove her from the daycare.
