This place used to be a great daycare but it has been declining at a rapid pace. My daughter had problems transitioning to the older class. She had some behavior problems and her new teachers seemed to pick on her and target her giving her a bunch of write ups for little things until she was kicked out. This place has a waiting list and they don’t truly care about your child since they have people waiting in line and can fill their spot in the drop of a hat. My daughter is in a new daycare now and flourishing. I don’t feel like daycares should just give up on a child because they need a little extra care. I hope they see this and realize that the children aren’t just another number.

The score is actually a 0/5. Before my son started here I explained the situation. He was having defiant behavior and has been attending therapy. I was told they would work with me and him. I made sure to check so that the stability of changing daycares again so quickly would not effect him. Before 30 days we had a parent teacher conference that consisted of telling me that he was "not a good fit." There was no talking about a plan of action or behavioral modifications. No communication from school to parent as to how to attempt to fix the situation. My child's therapist attempted to call the daycare to which had a released authorization to communicate to help create ideas for behavior as well as understanding what was going on with my child. When I asked if there was any communication made on their part I was told, " Well I wasn't here that day and then when I came back I couldn't find time to return the call." That evening I talked to his therapist who said they had refused to speak with her. I feel as though I was lied to so that the daycare could earn a paycheck. $ 172.00 a week for child care. The care of my child was not met at all. Not only was it handled unprofessionally towards care of a child but it erased any progress we had been making in therapy. At the end of it all I was told quote on quote, "The ball was dropped somewhere and hopefully in the future for a different child we can implement a better plan." That's wonderful. I'm glad that now you realize the care you provide matters. I just wish you had taken under consideration the care of my child better.

My child has been going to the CoxHealth Learning Centers since he was around 6 or 7 months old. We absolutely love it. I know my son is taken care of, they have cameras in the classrooms/playgrounds, I’m notified anytime anything happens with my child, there’s an app that I receive pictures of him through the day on, he has a consistent routine, toys are cleaned every day, he’s fed high quality meals, and each day he comes home with something new he has learned about. Not only that, but they provide everything as far as wipes, diapers, food, formula, bottles, and baby food. You won’t find that at most child care centers, although other centers will still try to charge you for the same price as a daycare like this! CoxHealth Learning Centers overall are a great quality and a place that genuinely is excited to help your child learn and grow! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience here. My children were well loved and taken care of and loved going here. I know the waiting list is long but I’d recommend this daycare to anyone! They’re fantastic.
