Creative Hearts 24hr Childcare

My kids have been enrolled for years. The staff here is like family, always encouraging and loving on the kids and myself! I highly recommend Creative Hearts for childcare and early education. My kids have learned so much from Miss Crystal and Miss Helen and I’m very thankful for their wonderful care and guidance helping my kids in every way possible preparing them for a blessed future ahead. They work with your schedule as well, anytime the facility is closed she will let you know months in advance. Nothing bad to say about this place. I’m so thankful to have good safe and reliable childcare where I don’t have to worry about my kids while I’m working and that’s a wonderful feeling.

My baby had begun his journey with Creative Hearts when he was 1yr old. The staff is very professional and communicates effectively. Ms. Crystal and her team provided a safe haven along with a peace of mind in me knowing that my baby was in great hands. If only CH was a full school (Daycare - Highschool) lol my son would still be there. He is always asking about his Ms. Crystal. 10/10 Highly Recommend Enroll your child today- you will not be disappointed!!!

HORRIBLE! Unprofessional, unreliable, I had to take a leave from work because she was VERY inconsistent with her scheduling . NOT ENOUGH STAFF. She will tell you everything is all good then when you enroll and get there it is a different story. My kids cried when I’d drop them off which is not them. She’s not good with infants she’ll say she can’t do anything while having a baby(but you’re a childcare worker it shouldn’t even come out your mouth) If I could rate 0 stars then so be it that’s what it would be.

Never had a problem with my son attending childcare in fact crystal dies notify of days that she will be closed and advises you to set up proper care my son id 4 amd has one more year to go. Covid has really pit a damper on things and zi know for a fact that she has hardly any help. I will continue to stand up for people who help out the community remember she is human as well and needs time off woukd definitely recommend any parent looking for clean safe environment and ready to learn

Amazing daycare. Very professional staff who you can tell loves the children. Most definitely feel safe with my son being in their facility.
