My review has nothing to do with the people who work here, or their Child care, but rather the lack of compassion in the ownership. I was staying across the street with my son overnight due to The worst blizzard of the year. The plows were coming through almost hourly so I moved my car temporarily off the street into an empty parking lot at this facility. I had planned to move it in the evening prior to them opening the next day. They had it towed! I could not reach them as there’s no phone number linked to the website beyond voicemail. I had to walk over The following morning and wait for a returned email and missed a day of work due to this Extreme circumstance scenario! Instead of being empathetic in any way, The owner simply pointed out her legal rights! The way you treat any other person says a lot about how you conduct business in my view! Proceed with caution!

The Director and Directors Assistants are awful to work with. They do not show support for the family members. They don't apologize for any wrong. The staff who work in the office are extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I truly feel for the staff who work under her. Many have said she’s awful.
