Ms. Karen and her staff are phenomenal! My children are learning, growing, and thriving. They’re not only being prepared for kindergarten but gaining the strong foundation they need for lifelong success in education. Our family is forever grateful for Creative Steps Academy!

If I could give this daycare a million stars I would. I live an hour away and this daycare is worth every minute of my drive. Ms. Karen is the most incredible person I have ever encountered. She is so understanding, and always have time to answer any question you may have. She truly has a heart of gold, and very compassionate about childcare. She has went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Ms. Grey I wish I could have her around 24/7. She is so amazing with my daughter. I love that she speaks Spanish to my daughter. I can tell how much she cares for each baby in her class. Ms. Natasha is a rock star. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything my daughter needs before I leave the daycare. I just love her. She is definitely like an aunt (tia) to my daughter. I can go on and on about the staff. Every staff member does an amazing job. Miss. Leslie is one of my favorites. Even though she is not apart of my daughters daily care. She goes out of her way to help me when needed and to say hi to my daughter.

Very good, kind, caring educators. And a safe place. My baby has been there for two months now, they really pay attention to my baby and would let me know if my baby does not feel good or informal behave. Thank you Ms Jeran and Ms. Gray. I like this daycare.

Excellent work Ms. Grey!! Thank you for everything! She took care of my child so well. I always received completed reports every day when I pick up my baby.

They are wonderful! The teachers are nice and amazing! They also feed your child good food and teach them as well! When I come pick up my kids they are always talking about how good their day was!
