Creekstone Academy is an incredibly phenomenal facility. Miss Christina, Miss Juliana, Mama Sue, and the new younger women as well as the pregnant admin lady staff have been outstanding. The center is very clean, provides a well-balanced diet, and offers great activities for the children. My baby is well cared for, and I appreciate that there have been no diaper rashes. While the facility may be a bit pricey, it is worth every penny for the peace of mind it provides.
However, I did have an unpleasant experience with an employee named TJ, who is no longer with the facility thank goodness because I was considering removing my baby. She dismiss my concerns about my child's safety when an accident occurred she stated that she would inform all staff to stay away from my baby so she won’t get hurt, joke or not that comment was extremely unsettling for me! She was not welcoming and would never speak and when she did it seemed not so genuine however was prompt to speak to other family that didn’t “Look Like Me”! Despite this, my overall experience has been positive, and I am happy with my choice.

Our daughter has been enrolled in suite 150 (the older infant room) since 8 months of age and she is thriving! She squeals when we pull into the parking lot and loves to greet her teachers in the morning. The staff all knew her name quickly and their affection for the kids feels very genuine. I feel she is getting exactly what she needs - love, attention and lots of opportunities to play and socialize.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Sean and Ms. Nicole for the incredible impact they’ve had on my daughter during her time at Creekstone Academy this summer. Their dedication, patience, and genuine care for the children truly embody the saying, “it takes a village.”
Since starting at the camp, I’ve noticed alot of growth in my daughter — especially in her ability to regulate her emotions and practice more patience, which are areas we’ve been working on at home. It’s clear that Ms. Sean and Ms. Nicole have played a meaningful role in helping guide her through this important stage of development.

My son started with Creekstone when he was 4 months. As a new mom starting back work I needed to find a place I could trust. Creekstone was the only daycare that let me come right in to tour on spot and didn’t make me wait a week. They were so welcoming and that stood out to me. They invited my husband to tour later that evening once he was able. We have had a wonderful time and my son loves being there. He has learned so much and enjoys his teachers. The staff is supportive, and even with staff changes you still get the same respect and support.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the overall experience at your daycare center. My time with your facility has been marked by a number of serious concerns that I feel must be addressed.
First and foremost, the high turnover rate among staff is alarming. It is incredibly unsettling for children to constantly be introduced to new caregivers, and this lack of consistency severely undermines the sense of trust and stability that is essential in an early childhood environment. Children thrive on routine and familiarity, and this has been virtually impossible to achieve at your center.
In addition, I have found the learning approach to be significantly lacking. There appears to be little structure, limited educational engagement, and a poor understanding of age-appropriate developmental practices. What should be a nurturing, stimulating, and enriching environment instead feels disorganized and ineffective.
As a parent, it is extremely disappointing to entrust a daycare with my child’s early development, only to feel that their needs are not being met in any meaningful way.
I hope this letter serves as a wake-up call for management to take a serious look at the standards, staffing, and educational practices in place. Children deserve better.
