I’m going to have to say I was surprised how comfortable I felt leaving my baby here. She loved it and loved Ms.Sheryl and Ms.Bell. She told me they were good to her which my daughter has had very bad experiences at previous centers in Peoria she had been to 3 different centers and they all HIGHLY disappointed me and broke my heart. Let’s just say she is traumatized and in counseling to gain her confidence back. So I had to leave a review with Crittenton center. They showed us they care and they were recommended to me. I’ve heard great things and I’m happy to have experienced it first hand. This gives me a little more hope being in Peoria. For the first time I felt safe leaving my daughter in a center while I go make money to provide for us. Thank you all so much for treating my little girl like your own. Every single time I call this place and Cheryl answers the phone, she consistently tells me there are no openings, it doesn’t even matter the situation. I dropped my son off today to get shopping done and get a call 30 minutes later asking me to pick up my son because a parent had to go to the ER, which is totally understandable but I called last Saturday because I had a migraine and needed to go to the ER and Cheryl answered and advised me that I couldn’t drop him off. I literally had to chase my son around the hospital with a migraine because I had no help. None of this can just be coincidental

I knew of someone who needed diapers and wipes and had absolutely no money. I called and they gave a big bag of both the day of!

Their crisis nursery don’t want to watch your children they always act like their busy and they already have kids when they tell you to call in the morning.
