We were a Crossroads family for 4 years from 2021-2025. My son started in the twos and graduated pre-K and my daughter started in the infant room at 13 months through preschool. Overall we had a positive experience. The cost is super affordable compared to nearby schools, the school is always clean and nicely decorated for the current season and holidays and tuition includes 2 snacks and lunch which makes life so much easier as a busy mom. Daily photos and updates are shared on the Procare app. Any issues I ever had were always promptly and professionally addressed by the director. I found my son was more than adequately prepared to enter Kindergarten. Class sizes are on the larger side; my daughter’s preschool class had 27 children, however not everyone attended every day and whenever I stopped in during pickup or drop off the kids are always well behaved at their tables, play stations, potty line etc- they run a tight ship! I do wish they had a PTO or room parents to become more involved in the school like some other ELCs do- but it was nice contributing to their holiday parties, spirit week, fundraisers etc and going to the different events that parents were invited to throughout the years. Overall a positive experience and I recommend calling to get on the waitlist if you are interested because they do fill up.

Heard positive things from friends so I decided to look here for my son. I went for a tour and the lady who gave me a tour could barely answer my questions and barely said anything. Then, I contacted the director and it took several days for her to get back to me through email and telephone. We finally spoke and I felt a little better once speaking with her and she said she would reach back out to me mid June about enrollment for my son. Mid June came and went and again, communication was poor on her end to only find out they did not have a spot for my son. Even tho ugh she knew I was very interested. She then tells me that “we only hold spots if we have a deposit” which I totally understand so, why did t you tell me that so I could hold my sons spot! It was just one thing after another in terms of poor communication. I also felt that because my son wasn’t fully potty trained, it was a problem. By the end of the summer, I expect him to be fully potty trained but I always felt like since he currently is not potty trained, it was an issue. Come September, I expect for him to be fully potty trained. As a former daycare worker & current teacher, communication is everything. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.

My son was enrolled in crossroads for 8 months. He was in the two’s classroom (1.5-2.5 year olds). We had some great experiences/staff and some terrible ones- on average our experience was mediocre. Significant staff turnover during our 8 months in the program and communication was inconsistent. Months 1-6 left us feeling content. Months 7-8 left us uncomfortable leaving our son there. It was announced on our last day of enrollment that Ms. Crystal was taking over as director. I am hopeful she will get the place back on track- she was one of the great ones!

I really love the older classes, my only complaint is that the 2 yr old class has too many kids in it. they have 3 teachers and max number of kids allowable by law, its just too much at that age, and its always a little chaotic in that class, and i see some kids sometimes dont get attention. the teachers are kind and they do their best, but its just a bit much for a bunch of toddlers. otherwise, im happy with the way the school runs and i love that they have chapel and learn to pray as well.

Great place to send your children for day care. The place is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly, and great with children. You can always reach someone either by phone or email. Both of my children love it here.
