My son went there for over 5 years, just stopped last week. Fellissa, Tiffany, Michaela and Caitlyn are wonderful, unfortunately, it ends there. The Crown Care Director has been in place for awhile now, and never introduced herself, or spoke to my husband and I. Whenever I asked to speak with her, I was usually informed that she was somewhere taking care of something with her OWN children; I believe she has 4 of her own in the program. Sadly, things have not been good since Lynn parted ways with the company, and there was no longer any feeling of appreciation as a customer.

Horrible experience there with my daughter. Even my pediatrician said pull her from this facility. They are not caring, they do not listen to what parents say, their new director was the worst part of our experience there. She would make the girls that work call me and say "this is what my director said" whole time the director is there. She has been at a new daycare for a month and she is a completely different kid!! So much happier and actually learning now!!
