My children only lasted a month here. Everything seemed fine at first but when Karen came back from leave everything went from good to bad! She is the ring leader behind everything that has happened to my children and I at this center! Not to mention Kaitlyn the lead teacher for the infant room who admitted to not feeding my baby all day! By far the worst experience at a daycare I’ve ever experienced. Enroll at your own risk!!!!!

I am extremely happy with the care that my grandson is receiving at KinderCare in Dearborn. I get constant updates, including pictures and videos of him, in the daily reports through the app on my phone. I look forward to the detailed activities taking place throughout the entire day, as well as notes and calendar events. Everyone I have encountered is very professional and courteous. Thank you, Ms Karen and staff for all that you do! I can tell that you all love giving your time and talents to the children.

Updated: we still love this daycare and after almost 4 years of coming here, would recommend it to anyone. Miss Karen and her team are always professional and caring.
As a parent of 2 children currently as this center, I have a very positive experience. The teachers are skilled and the center is always kept up and clean. We have full confidence in the safety and happiness of our children while in the care of this daycare. Highly recommend.

Great daycare. We feel very safe sending our kid there. It’s our second delightful experience with KinderCare. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Our kid enjoys her time and looks forward to spending her days there. The leadership are very wise and understanding. The teachers are very helpful and supportive. We feel like family and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
