Dream Palace Education Center

This is the best child care center in the Kansas City area. The ladies who run the business make sure my child is loved as well he is at home & they also ensure a great education. My son was premature and the doctors told me he would always be 2 years behind in learning but he is hitting the milestones of a 4-5 year old at 3 years old. We are a state subsidy family, so we did have to pay the regular price until our benefits kicked in, and ever since they have, I haven’t had to pay anything but the state sliding fee. I 100% recommend this center to ANY family looking for adequate childcare! Thank you Dream Palace for all that you do.

This could’ve easily been one of the greatest experiences, but quickly turned into more of an inconvenience by the end of the adventure. After looking around and searching for reviews of daycare centers in our area, we were very excited to find this facility, upon enrollment, we were told that this facility did accept states, it does take some time, but not to worry, because they would receive backpay during the processing time. Sounded like a great situation. Our son was making friends, getting the engagement he needed, while being in a great environment. After several weeks at this facility, we would start to receive emails asking for payments, even though we had enrolled through childcare subsidy, we eventually started to pay out of pocket to keep our son in the facility. Even after all of this, and the miscommunication, our son was still unenrolled, we were told we cannot return until our balance of less than $100 was paid, even though other parents had much more substantial debts. Now, that childcare is approved for this facility, I don’t want to take him back seeing as how we’ve been treated for something so trivial that worked itself out weeks later, the whole part of this childcare subsidy program is for parents like to have childcare while I’m trying to work. Not only did this facility make that near impossible, They lack compassion, and didn’t even reach out to us. A simple phone call would’ve helped all parties, our son would be in an environment that he greatly needs, and we would be able to continue working. Now we will start the search again, but I have a much better idea of questions that I should ask, before leaving my son and the care of others.

I have had 2 children who attended DreamPalace Daycare and I have been so satisfied with both. Cierra and Timesha have both been exceptional with communicating effectively due to state being behind on their end and with letting me know the outcome of payment options. I appreciate both of these ladies so much and I wouldn’t what my baby to go anywhere else. My daughter loves it here and she runs in every moment excited to see all of her friends as well as Ciera and Timesha. 10/10 definitely would recommend. My daughter is now 3 and she has learned so much just from attending at DreamPalace.

My daughters have been coming here for several months now, and they absolutely love it. I love the fact that this is a black owned school, and they have been doing an amazing job keeping everything up and running with the lack of payment theyve have not gotten from the state. They do accept child care subsidy, and they are just amazing all around. Did i forget to mention it was black owned!! 10/10🙌🏾🙌🏾

I’ve been sending our son, to Dream Palace since he was just one year old, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Miss Cierra, Miss Timesha, and Miss DeeDee are absolutely amazing—they’ve cared for and loved for him like he’s part of their family. Now that he’s getting ready to start kindergarten next year, we feel so confident in how prepared he is, and that’s all thanks to the incredible teachers and staff here. They’ve helped him grow so much over the past four years. As a single mother, Dream Palace has truly been such a big part of helping raise my son and we’re so grateful for everything they’ve done. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be loved, supported, and set up for success, this is the place. Highly recommend!
