Our son has loved it there thus far and enjoys the challenges of the classroom work they do. He asks if he can go to preschool even on the weekends and is bummed when he can’t go. They run a perfect mix of physical activity and class room time IMO. They do a great job at teaching them rules, manners and respect, because we see the improvements in him when he comes home. Pricing seems fitting and the location is convenient.

My daughter liked the place at first. But started having problems with bullying, I talked to her teacher and he did nothing. He worried more about picking up girls he worked with then doing his job. The business office is terrible. They never answer their phones. They do not call you back when you leave a message. They are rude. They over charged me and I cannot get a hold of anyone to try and fix it. I am just stuck paying it. My new daycare is tons better. They always answer their phone, they are very nice. My daughter's happy. So happy I switched. Will never go back to eclc.

It sounds like others went through the same thing as we did. When we first tried to enroll, they were so difficult to get ahold of- but we wanted the convenience of the location. The head teacher was rude and difficult to interact with, but the staff was pleasant and my daughter liked them. As I have read from another- they over charged me $1200!! I tried to get ahold of them 5 times to get it taken care of- calling their business office AND then the location and...you guessed it- no answer or call backs to my messages. We never were notified we had owed anything (which we shouldn't have because we prepaid and gave more then the amount of notice required). AND now it has gone to collections and dropped my credit of 773 to 690- and on top of that I have requested to find out who to pay at collections. Thank you ECLC for making my experience horrendous...I pray that no other family must endure this outrageous form of business.

One particular teacher is very impatient with the kids and very rude to interact with as an adult. And god forbid you have child care assistance. The girls in the billing office play dumb until you just give up. It has been a literal nightmare.

My son has thrived here. It has provided him the hands on learning that he needs as an active little guy. Art, field trips, healthy meals and great head teachers that really care about him.
