My daughter has been going to KinderCare E Riverside since she was an infant and she has always absolutely loved going there! She has grown and blossomed so much throughout the years thanks to the staff at KinderCare. The staff are all very communicative and keep me informed. My daughter has learned so much since being there and continues to learn more every day. The staff all care for her as if she is one of their own. I love that I am able to send her to a daycare facility that provides such excellent care that I do not have to worry about leaving her there while I am working. I get updates throughout the day regarding what she is doing and eating. I cannot say enough positive things about KinderCare!

All three of my children attend this daycare and they enjoy it so much! This is my oldest child’s last year and I’m not emotionally prepared for him to leave. They have always shown so much patience and kindness to my children and are such an important part of our children’s village. I love that they send us daily photo updates and keep clear/consistent communication with dad and I. My middle child has been here since around age 1.5/2 and he has also had such a great experience with his teachers that he calls “best friends.” The love and care has always been felt even when the teachers have every reason to lose their minds! Lol. And my youngest has been here since about 6 months old. It was so hard to leave him but his teachers made that transition easy. My baby gets dropped off with a smile on his face and absolutely loves his teachers. I’m super thankful for the last 5 years we’ve had with you all, you are forever deeply appreciated

If you care about your kids & have other options please don't take your kids to Kindercare or any daycare unless you know everything about it first. First off they are there only for $$ and their aim is to increase their numbers so they can get more $$. The problem is they are small center and there is not much going on except the fees being charged always for the bare minimum services your children are getting. Expect to be charged all sorts of fees. They have seasonal enrollment fees even when the child is enrolled already year around, they will charge you even if your child doesn't attend for any reason regardless, they will charge you until they can even when you stop taking your child there. The teachers are underpaid and overloaded which makes sense if the teachers can't care for every child. It's 1 teacher per 10 child. They are always switching classes on the kids so they can close classrooms with less children. Teachers come in to work while being sick b/c they are always short in teachers but it's not safe for the sick adult to be around small children. Your children will have bad days & will cry not wanting to go there because they are afraid of other kids being mean to them or physically abusing them. The site brushes it off as if it's normal & just have you sign an incident reports. There are no cameras in the room & if you see any they are not working. The bottom line is if you care about your children and got money to pay kindercare fees then take your kids somewhere better or hire a private nanny & put cameras to monitor everything.

If I could give more stars I would! My son has been there since he was 2, and he’s five now. My daughter is 2 and has been going there since she was three months. I can’t say ENOUGH good about them. They are so kind, communicate on a regular basis with me, all the teachers know the children even if they aren’t in their class. You can tell they care for their kids they teach. I am so sad my son is going to be leaving (he’s going to kindergarten) because he has not only thrived socially but academically as well. Thank you is not enough for them. They deserve everything.
