Eau Claire Downtown YMCA

This is an older facility and every time I come here there is a young man cleaning very hard. This YMCA is an incredible shape and I can tell that it is properly maintained. Thank you for keeping it clean five stars all day.

Great for families. Lots of rooms. Lots of really good youth programs and a good atmosphere. Need to pay your employees more I will say, how do you expect people to survive off of that, and idc if they're part-time. I saw the job posting online. I think it's 75$ now for a monthly membership, which is really expensive, but if you're low income, then it's income based, which makes it much cheaper.

They removed our daughter from the downtown summer program because they stated she isn't enrolled in ECASD. No where during the enrolment process, in the summer camp handbook or anywhere online states that they need to be enrolled in the ECASD. Shady organization at its best!

I love child watch and swim lessons! Those two things allow my husband and me to take advantage of the cardio and weight rooms while the kids have fun. My favorite part of every week is Sunday afternoon at the Y when we all move our bodies and build healthy habits as a family!

The Eau Claire YMCA has been an essential player in my health and wellbeing since having kids. I have been going 2-3 times per week for several years now. Though the building itself is a little dated, the equipment is ultramodern and in excellent condition. The staff, instructors, and trainers are phenomenal. And if you like to exercise in community, the class selection has something for everyone. Since starting at the YMCA, my kids and I have became part of a supportive community and my confidence has skyrocketed. Thank you, Downtown YMCA!!
