We toured close to 20 daycares in the Naperville area in the search for the perfect daycare. From the moment we entrusted our little one to Bright Horizon’s at just 12 weeks old, we knew we had found something special. Now, as we've transitioned into the toddler room and our son is 17 months old, we can honestly say that Bright Horizon’s continues to be an absolute blessing for our family. Leaving your tiny baby in someone else's care is incredibly daunting, but the staff at Bright Horizon’s made the transition seamless and reassuring. The infant room caregivers, especially, Karra, Jess, and Eniyah were incredibly nurturing, attentive, and genuinely loving. We received daily updates, often with adorable pictures, which helped ease any anxieties and made us feel connected to our son's day. As he grew, we continued to be impressed by the stimulating and age-appropriate activities offered. From tummy time and sensory play in the early months to introducing solids and encouraging those first wobbly steps, Bright Horizon’s provided a safe and enriching environment for our son to thrive. We loved seeing him develop and learn in their care. Now that he's in the toddler room, our positive experience has only continued! Ms. Carrie is fantastic – energetic, patient, and so creative in their activities. We've seen his language skills explode and his social interactions blossom. It's wonderful to see him so engaged and happy every day. Every morning, he runs to the front door when we tell him its time to go see his friends. What truly sets Bright Horizon’s apart is the genuine warmth and dedication of the entire team. We always hear from families about their daycare having non-stop turnover - we do not experience this at Bright Horizon’s. Every staff member we've encountered, from the directors to the classroom support teachers is friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about working with children. They know each child individually, understand their unique needs, and consistently go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels happy and secure. We also deeply appreciate the wonderful diversity of the staff at Bright Horizon’s. It's so important to us that our son is cared for and surrounded by individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. This has enriched his experience and broadened his understanding of the world around him, and we are so grateful for it. Beyond the loving care, Bright Horizon’s is also incredibly well-organized and professional. Communication is excellent, the facility is always clean and well-maintained, and they have clear policies and procedures in place. We always felt confident in their safety protocols and the overall management of the daycare. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to attend Bright Horizons at Ecolab! Our child absolutely loves the teachers and staff, and we couldn’t trust them more with his care! It is such a blessing and a relief to not have to worry and to know he is safe, loved, and learning. We love the variety of curriculum. Even in the infant room, the children are growing small plants (learning STEM), coloring/painting (learning hand/eye coordination and the arts), going outdoors, reading and participating in music, exploring different textures, and so forth. The teachers have so many fun learning opportunities planned! We also love that our son's exposure to other children has catapulted his own skills--he's picked up on hand-eye coordination while feeding himself, sitting up, crawling, and sharing all while observing and interacting with other children. The meals Bright Horizons at Ecolab supplies are very healthy and nutritious. They are very welcome to accommodations, particularly in the infant room, and have helped guide us through the transition to table food and whole milk. The program director has been wonderful to work with, as well. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. When we have needed to switch our schedule, she has been more than willing to work with us. We are so grateful for the amazing experience we’ve had at the center, and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

I toured a couple of daycares when looking for a part-time daycare for my child, and when we went to Bright Horizons and met Lauren, I knew my search was over. Lauren was able to accommodate a last minute tour, my child felt extremely comfortable from the moment we walked in, and even walked in the classroom to play. I didn't really need childcare, but I was longing for the social aspect and Bright Horizon delivered so much that we ended up changing enrollment from two to five days. We absolutely love it there! My child started in the toddler's classroom and has transitioned to preschool, and during this time every staff member has treated us with the utmost respect, all being very approachable, caring, and showing deep interest and care for our child. The facility is always well kept, clean, organized, and welcoming. There is always a sense of belonging and warmth when you walk through the doors. The center provides parent-student events and it facilitates connection between families and some of us have become close friends. Communication is excellent through the app and email. When our child wasn't potty trained we would get updates every time a diaper was changed, or an accident was had. We also get pictures from their daily activities, showcasing what they have worked on or a funny moment. I am very pleased with how culturally diverse Bright Horizons is, from staff to families. It's beautiful to see many different cultures are celebrated throughout the year and how the students embrace and learn from it. We are truly pleased and we absolutely love Bright Horizons. We have recommended it to a few friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Bright Horizons team for all the love and care towards our family!

Ecolab Bright Horizon has truly been an amazing daycare experience for our family. From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we felt like we were joining a supportive, caring community. The staff at Bright Horizon quickly became an extension of our own family, providing the love, care, and attention that we wanted for our daughter. We never once worried about her safety or well-being while she was there because we knew she was in trustworthy hands. The Director, assistant director, and teachers are incredibly nurturing, always going above and beyond to make sure the children feel safe, happy, and loved. Our daughter thrived in this environment, and we are so grateful to the entire Bright Horizon team for giving us the peace of mind that she was not just cared for, but truly cherished. The teachers take very good care of kid, patient and experienced. The first month of my son in this DC was much smoother ever than I expected. He had never been to DC before. Obviously he feels safe and comfortable when he stays with his teachers. The environment in the DC is very clean, organized and welcoming. The food and snacks are great. Their curriculum is well designed. I saw a lot of good changes and growth after my son being in this DC. BTW, my son is in Ms. Julie and Ms. Alex class. But I do think all their teachers are nice, caring, experienced and professional. Strongly recommended, you won’t be regret.
