Elfland Childcare & Fun Learning Center

My experience with the daycare has been wonderful. My daughter loves her teachers; and they’re so sweet with her. My little girls behavior has changed, in a good way 😊. She’s more independent. We’re pleased with her progreses and the care she has recieved.

My daughter is 14 and had attended elfland since she was 5 I have 2 other children (6 & 2). When my 14 yr old had to leave they all cried 🤣 the staff has always been friendly and attentive. The owner answers any questions or concerns immediately. I wouldn't want my babies to go anywhere else. They are like family to my babies .they asked and made sure to contact me when my family ended with COVID. When my sister had a kidney transplant the owner messaged me checking on her and her kids. I honestly have to say I wouldn't want my babies anywhere else. Thank you to the staff and owner for being such a great teachers and friends to my babies they love all of you.

My children previously attended daycare here and we loved the atmosphere. Very friendly, family oriented childcare center. They learned a lot while attending, from social diversity to fun educational resources. Lonnie is a an extremely attentive owner and administrator. Any questions or concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. We are currently looking into rejoining the center.

If I could give zero stars I would. Glad to hear this place is shutting down. These children deserve better coming from a former employee. He segregated my 3 year old from the whole class where she was crying to play with her friends because all a sudden he decided they weren’t enrolled there anymore cause he wanted to fire me for being sick with Covid. Then he grabbed my child violently but I promise if someone did the same to him there’d be a problem. Pick on someone your own size. I can fight.

I thought it was very odd that the owner is not allowed in the building while children are there. Yet he is still able to own the business. Which makes it hard on the administrator because Lonnie is trying to run a program from the cameras and phone. Lonnie is very disrespectful and talks to his employees crazy. This establishment needs to be shut down and he needs his license revoked. He expects his employees to be there all day long and take long breaks so they don't get alot of hours. He is a dirty old geezer who treats women like they should be seen and not heard.
