Our 3 year old is autistic, we searched and searched for a preschool that we could trust. He is non verbal so it’s especially hard to know if he’s getting the attention he needs/ having his needs met throughout the day. He screamed and cried the whole day at the other preschools we tried. He wasn’t happy or able to learn and it was heartbreaking. He absolutely LOVES Encourage. He is beginning to talk, he’s thriving since he started attending school here. The staff is amazing. It’s obvious they all love what they do. It’s clear they care for and love our son as if he was their own. They send pictures and are very responsive throughout the day communicating what’s going on while he’s there, which has been such a relief for his father and myself. They genuinely celebrate milestones met and little victories like when he says a new word. Encourage preschool has been such a blessing we are so incredibly grateful.

We are first-time parents and the idea of sending our little one to daycare was so stressful. When we heard about this preschool and the idea that our baby could grow up in the same facility for their first few years, we got less stressed and more excited. From day one of our little one attending this facility, our stress has been put at ease! We are greeted every morning by staff with a big welcoming smile and they make us feel so comfortable leaving our baby. The use of the app to communicate is so nice, we get updates and pictures all day! They work on skills and are intentional about age appropriate activities that support their growth and development. The director is so kind and makes us feel like family. When there was a severe weather alert in the area, he sent out a message to all parents immediately and his prompt communication was comforting. The teachers are incredible and we are so blessed by this facility and the staff. It has truly put our minds at ease knowing our little one is taken care of and loved on during the day at this place.
