This place is seriously the best! My son absolutely loves it here. The staff is so professional and kind. The playground area is huge in addition to the 2 indoor gym areas. The science center and media make it a step above the rest. Thank you to everyone that works so hard here to start our little ones out strong!

Our experience with FECC was good and my son enjoyed being here. Went everyday happy to school and Ms.Jackie was my kid’s favorite and he made lots of friends. They do field trip to DIA and took good care. Playground is good and there is free book bin for kids near parking lot. Have never seen special kids in school and I don’t have any idea about special kids programs. They do have head start and GSRP programs which offer free education and can be applied and approved based on eligibility. Free snack and lunch provided. Good basic preschool in Farmington!

For a child with disabilities, I would not recommend this place. The first year with an experienced teacher was good. The second year was a bad experience with a new teacher. They did not know to handle him or keep him busy which he needed. They didn't take my suggestions. They get overly concerned about him not napping but other issues that were clear to his elementary teacher and doctor were ignored. Their solution for the problems was to send him home earlier so he couldn't interact with other students who were also contributing. They changed his classroom and he couldn't attend extended care. They took a whole year to get a written behavioral plan even though I requested one in early fall. They waited a whole year to let it get to a point where they were going to do something. My child is thriving in Elementary school and the teacher was surprised due to what happened at the early childhood center. My mom group friends have had similar complaints. Please don't send a child who needs extra support here. They won't feel welcome especially when they are really too young to understand what they are saying.

My child started attending this school at the age of 3 years old and the first year was good I like her teachers but when she started the second year it started to become a disaster the nutritionist Elise H had several conversations with me about my daughter not eating her lunch cause she’s a very picky eater and I wrote a letter to her teacher who was also aware of her not eating lunch saying that I’m aware of the situation cause she does it at home as well and her doctor is also aware but her doctor had no concerns cause she’s at her growth weight. The nutritionist “ Elise” made it her business by over stepping her boundaries and calling my daughters doctor behind my back without telling me what she did stating to the doctor that she’s concern about my daughter weight when she knows nothing about my daughter history from birth and I felt violated when the doctor brought what the nutritionist did to my attention cause we have had conversations already about the situation. What I have learned from this situation is that teachers can’t always be trusted and will violate your child privacy and your privacy as a parent this could be a HIPPA violation, so if you do register your child to attend this school be very aware of the nutritionist Elise H. she’s not to be trusted and I’m very happy this is my child last year here at this school thank God!!! I pray her next school is trustworthy.
