This place is the best preschool center that I have sent my kids to!! I have juggled them around because I am VERY picky. Every single teacher is BEYOND amazing. Rachel the director is so sweet and understanding of any situation. Parents are notified ASAP if something comes into question with the child. The rooms are all very clean, you have to have a code to even enter so I am grateful for that knowing my child is safe. My kids are learning English and Spanish from a very young age.

Awesome. Teachers are all really nice & my son missed them + his classmates after we moved. Kids get plenty of outside time & the place is generally very well-run. Highly recommend

Amazing staff who love and care about the all little ones in their care! Can’t say enough how much we love Ms. Rachel and her team. My daughter has been here almost 2 years and I’m sad that she will be leaving all these amazing women next year for kindergarten. Gloyria, Misty, Shelby are all so sweet and loving. They are so attentive and the facility is always clean. We’ve been blessed to never have to worry about our sweet girl while we can’t be with her, these women love her like their very own. It’s a huge family here and I’m thankful for the extended family we’ve come to have!

After calling around to multiple daycares, I luckily stumbled across First Steps Education and I’m so thankful they had a spot open for my son. The teachers are fantastic and the staff communicates very well when there are any questions or concerns about his well-being.

My grandson got bit so badly the ambulance had to called. His arm looked gnawed on and the skin was broken. My daughter was never notified and they tried to push it under the rug.When the owner was asked why she was not notified she said it happens all the time. Apparently the medical people thought he needed attention and suggested he go to the hospital. The owner also told the medical people it happens all the time. I'm sure kids get bit but not by this extent. The hospital took care of it and put him on antibiotics.There is No way he didn't scream to the top of his lungs. It's obvious the owner has not been heard from since. No followup to even ask how he is. He's had black and blue marks for over 2 weeks. And of course there is no way she would put her child in that environment, let alone pay them . She trusted this place with her son, and that's what happened. The police also have made a report if this!o one was watching the children.
