We’re getting ready to say goodbye in just one week, and our hearts are full. Our son started at KinderCare when he was only 14 months old, and now he’s finishing the 3-year-old class—a bright, curious, and confident little boy. Watching him grow over the years in such a caring and supportive environment has been a true blessing. Director Joy and Assistant Director Tammy have created something incredibly special at this center. From the very beginning, they made us feel welcomed, supported, and part of the KinderCare family. Their leadership, kindness, and constant communication gave us peace of mind every single day. The teachers here are amazing. Every one of them has shown genuine love and care for our son. They’ve helped him grow not just academically, but emotionally and socially. He’s learned how to express himself, make friends, and be independent—all through gentle guidance and fun, engaging activities. KinderCare has truly been a second home for our family. It’s hard to put into words how much it means to know your child is safe, happy, and loved when you drop them off each morning. Thank you to each and every one of you for helping shape the little person he’s becoming. We’ll carry these memories with us always.

Horrified and disgusted. This center neglected my daughter and one of the toddler room teachers got aggressive with me when I came in somewhat frustrated about how my daughter has been treated. Absolutely believe every single negative review here. I cannot speak for the other classrooms, but all of the toddler room teachers (except for one) are horrible. They’re faking documentation to cover up neglect and making innocent children suffer for their laziness and abuse.

A worker in the toddler room tried to assault me while I was holding my one year old child. The director witnessed all of this occur, but claims it’s not a fireable offense. My son is constantly coming home bruised and with scratches that nobody can provide an explanation of happening.

Love this place! My daughter has been going here for a year. All of the staff are friendly. I would keep her here until she goes to kindergarten but she got a seat in a pre-k class with CCS schools. Overall a great facility. No complaints.

I have never dealt with a more combative group of people than with this center. After providing legal documentation allowing me access to my son's files, the center director, Joy Smith refused to supply anything but a single piece of paper. Not only this, but she refused to let me speak with any of his teachers (on the phone or on a zoom call). At this time, we are considering legal action for their unwillingness to follow a court order. I would highly consider placing your child in another facility. Do not trust this place to provide you with necessary information about your child. ***July 26th Update*** Under oath, Joy Smith admitted to using her position and personal opinion of me to dissuade my son's teachers from communicating with me. This is the caliber of professionalism you should expect from this facility. I will be providing a court transcript to NAEYC, NAC and NECPA in hopes of ameliorating this issue.
